I had developed a UI of a new tab for the stock items screen in one of my instances, where it had been working fine. But not after publishing it successfully in other instance it is throwing the below mentioned error:
Please let me know why is this issue getting triggered and how to resolve this.

This issue is causing by Customizations that were built on the Sales Order screen.
To confirm this you can unpublish the customization and verify.

Thank you for your prompt reply and suggestion. I tried to unpublish the package, restart the application and the republished the pkg. It is now working fine.
