User Access for an employee is created, how to link it to user info on the employee card

when I go to employee card, to user info, it is showing not created. How can I add the employee card ? , see below:

@Sandrat go to users screen, create the user and link to employee using Linked Entity. After you created the user, if you couldn’t link here, if you go back to the employee screen, in the user info tab you should be able to select the associated login and save
