Hi, all. I’m currently working on custom processing form which uses a filter. However whenever I select entries and change the filter, the entries I selected remain selected. Is there an event handler needed to clear the selected fields or should it automatically clear all selected fields when the filter is updated? Here are some screenshots and initialization of the view.  public SelectFrom<ARPayment>. Hi, Does anyone know how to detect a grid click so that a value can be populated.  The scenario I have is how to efficiently enter data into a tally sheet:This is what I would like to accomplish:User enters number of rows in the form header (for the above example 16) 16 rows automatically appear in the grid beneath the header with the layer prepopulated 1 to 16 The user keys the 8 in the first cell, row 1 They then are able to just mouse click all the cells in the grid that should be 8 next, the user keys the 9 in the second cell row 2 and goes through the same click to populate process.I know how to do all of the above except detect the mouse click and then populate the last value keyed (step d).  Any ideas. Some of the tally sheets have lots of 3 and 4 digit numbers with high levels of commonality so the whole user keying experience is rather horrendous. Also, what about Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for a tally sheet that looks like the above?  Anyone done anything along those

I don’t have an actual issue/error here.  I am just seeking advice on an alternative way to accomplish my goal.In my Merge Tools application, you can merge customers and vendors (at this time...I hope to add other merge options later).  However, I want to prevent a user from merging vendors and customers simultaneously as this will surely cause errors as common tables are being modified by both processes in transactions and I don’t want changes from one process overwriting changes from the other process. Each merge process has it’s own screen.  I currently have it so that you cannot process a merge unless the users are locked out.The merge buttons are disabled unless the system is locked out.  Here they are enabled as I have the Lockout turned on.To prevent a user from performing merges on more than one option, I may need to create a screen to do something similar to the Apply Updates screen. I am thinking of creating a form that the user can select the current merge process being perfo

Has anyone found a solution to eliminate the human error from this process?  We are creating an alert by BE that will notify us when it is still on so we can correct before the customers try to logon in the event someone forgot to turn it off.  There are still holes in this though, one being humans are still involved and the other is time zone of customers being much earlier than we come in.The sci-fi idea I was hoping someone had some thoughts on was this: Can there be an automatic function be it system reset or scheduled restart, etc that would clear the lock and allow the system to be ready for customer use the morning after a Scheduled lockout?

Hello, community,Does anyone know of a way to tie a purchase order to an AP bill after the bill has already been released? Thanks in advance! @tgillum29 & @khowe86

Hi guys!I tried to add an approval widget  - both for AP invoices and Expense Claims.  But, no data is showing up in the table (screen shot of emptiness below). lol.  Do any of you know how to get this to work?  I just want something simple to know who has what to approve. Thanks!!Best,Kay Howe@tgillum29

Is there a way to download attachments without a customization?

Hello Everyone,I am working on a T&M invoice and press “Run Project Billing”, it says it was completed but no Proforma invoice was created.  I am not sure why the invoice is not creating, has anyone had this happen?

Good morning, Trying to start an Appointment, what does this mean?

Hi Everyone,  From what I’ve seen MRP can do it should be able to take a sales order or forecast of a finished good, create a PL type production order when regenerating MRP so that the component demand of that finished good shows up in MRP display.  I can not seem to get the system to do this. I’ve only been able to get MRP display to show component demand after creating production orders manually through MRP Display for the finished goods, then the components show up on the display.  I have default BOMs set to the finished goods stock item profile and the replenishment source is set to manufacture. This is from the MRP Acumatica sheet. This makes me think the regen process should create the planning orders for your demand which would then show component level demand so that you can purchase for production orders that will happen far in the future. Then every time you regen MRP it should wipe out all PL order types and recreate new ones according to the current demand/supply. Does this

Is there a best practice guide to loading on-hand inventory for go-live?  Some items maybe serialized.

Hi! I have 20 item classes to classify my different types of items, to each item class I have 1-3 attributes which are different factors and values for each class according to the item type, the attributes values are only appropriate to the item class they’re assigned to but not to the others.when creating a GI for all my items and I need to add my attributes to each item, it prompts me to add a separate column for each attribute, which gets me to a total of 20 columns, while each column is only relevant to its unique assigned item class but for all other items it’ll just be empty, the same thing happens when trying to add a parameter on top to be able to filter on the attribute values it prompts me to create a unique filter for each column with his own values.I’m wondering is there is a better way of doing this, for example if I can have one column to show different attributes on each line according to that specific item, so I can minimize my GI with just adding 3 columns for attribut

Hello expers,I don’t know if it is possible to create a Multiple Selector? In case it is impossible. Is there any workaround to achieve this goal?I found an article https://asiablog.acumatica.com/2018/01/multi-select-selector.html but it doesn’t work.Thank you for your sharing. Regards,Khoi

Hello Community,Does anyone have any experience with mass downloading attachments from Acumatica? I have done a little bit of digging and seems “UploadFileInq” is the graph that manages the files/attachments and the “GetFile” action handles single file downloading. The issue I am facing is I do not see the real implementation code for the graph just declaring the views, filters, actions, and handlers. For example, I see the “GetFile” action but I do not see its method code. Or I see “FilesFilter_RowUpdated” handler but I do not see any code in it but for sure there should be because when we change the filter parameters the result grid changes. Or I can not see any Files select statement tied to the current value of the filters.I was wondering if this is one of those graphs Acumatica doesn’t like to be accessible for customizations! Any thought or direction to the right path is greatly appreciated.Ideally, I would like to open “File Download” dialog once to get the download path and dow

Hello,Ever since the new year (2023) has started, the default Customer Statement report (AR641500) is not sorting the results properly. There is an issue where it is not understanding where to put documents with a DocDate of 2023.  Here is a screenshot of the report schema (default), and an example of the bad sorting:

Hi Gurus of Acumatica out there,Question: i have a notification template, the link is point to dev, it is using link string: “((GeneralInfo.NotificationSiteUrl))/Main?ScreenId=AP302000&DocType=((Document.InternalDocType))&RefNbr=((CurrentDocument.RefNbr))”I don’t find much info for “GeneralInfo.NotificationSiteUrl” at all.  Anybody know how to fix it so it will point to Production environment rather than Development?  Thanks.

Curious if others have been able to resolve some email filing questions.Issue: Incoming emails are not filed against the entity from which they were sent. In the example, the email sent FROM an Acumatica Case includes the Case ID in the “Details” area. And I assume the case ID is part of the hidden tags mentioned in the Help files under Basic Processing > Point 3: TroubleshootingI checked the “Details” area of the email, confirming a link to the Case ID in “Related Entity” I checked the help files and as far as I can tell, it’s configured correctly. But if Basic Processing isn’t working correctly, how do I troubleshoot?Additionally, there is nothing listed in All Emails > Incoming Emails I’m seeing this at a customer site & have duplicated this on my local demo machine.  I am curious what must be configured, if anything, to better troubleshoot and resolve this question.
