Good morning,

 

Trying to start an Appointment, what does this mean?

 

Is there a date in the field shown below?

 


Yes:

 


I thought maybe it was due to the date being yesterday but I set it to yesterday in my test environment and I did not get an error when starting the appointment. 


The Appointment was yesterday, I was just told about this first thing this morning.


What are you doing when you get the error?


Hi @bhyland, could you share a screenshot of the trace and a screenshot on the Service Order Type on the Time Behavior tab? 


It was figured out inhouse, not by me.
