Is it possible on a per shipment basis using the standard Fedex plugin to specify that signature is or is not required. We know how to setup the Carrier so that the Service dictates whether signature is required or it is ALWAYS required or not required but it would be nice to dynamically specify that per shipment or per customer. Additionally, Big Commerce supports the ability to specify special shipping instructions, these do not currently integrate to Acumatica and there is also no location to even manually enter those so that they would be included on the shipment. Sending special delivery instructions would be a great feature.

Hello,I was wondering if it is possible to remove the “Paid with” option of “Corporate Card - Personal Expense”Thank you,KT

Hello Everyone, kindly advise, How to add below Addressline1 & Addressline2 details from customer Location screen(AR303020) to existing Sales Order screen(SO301000) in Location field.    Data Class: SOOrder and field name is CustomerLocationID from Sales Order screen .

We are trying to get the Applications Lines to print on our invoice. (See below, 1,2,3,4) Then at the bottom will be the sum of Prepayments and Credits. Struggling to create a SWITCH formula or by Sorting and Grouping. Or should I create a subreport to handle this? Has anyone successfully created this in a report?

Is there any process to checkmark old invoices as emailed or printed so we can clean up the list of Not Yet Printed and Not Yes Emailed?  Or is an integration scenario the only way to do this?  And if the integration is the only option (aside from actually printing and emailing them all), does anyone have a scenario written for this?

Hi, For specific appointment type, we will need to point a gps coordinates more than a regular adress. The service tech will need to be able to click " show on map" on the mobile app. Is it doable? Do you have any advice? Thanks

I defined 10100 in Chart of Accounts and try to add it as Cash Account. But after that above error popes up and can someone explain how can I overcome this? Thank you in Advance.

I am calling the JournalTransaction endpoint and expanding Details (as shown below).{{BaseURL}}entity/Default/22.200.001/JournalTransaction?$expand=DetailsI would like to apply the $filter param to the field Details/BranchID. In other words, I would like to return all the Detail lines that have a certain BranchID.A simple filter query: $filter=Details/BranchID eq 'SOFT' This returns the error “The parent value for a property access of a property 'BranchID' is not a single value. Property access can only be applied to a single value.” This is likely because Details to BranchID is a one-to-many relationship. I have looked into other syntaxes and found that you can use Lambda Operators: $filter=Details/any(d: d/BranchID eq 'SOFT') This returns the error “The method or operation is not implemented.” Another option is passing the $filter directly in the $expand parameter (also shown in the OData v3 Documentation): $expand=Details($filter=BranchID eq 'SOFT') This returns the error "Term '

The user is entering Bills and Adjustments, and when they use the lookup in the Vendor field, select the related Vendor, the ID populated the field momentarily, then disappears acting as if a Vendor hasn’t been inserted. What would cause this to happen?

From the user interface they are not available and the system has been optimized. Is there a way I can delete the snapshots from the Database instead? if anyone may have a suggestion on how to go along with this, kindly assist since they have taken too much of the system space. Thank you all,Any kind of response will be highly appreciated.

The “Sold Since Functionality of Inventory Lookup in Sales Orders” seems doesn’t work properly. Any idea how to fix it?(In addition, sometimes the date picker is visible and some times It doesn’t).Used Acumatica version - 22R1Used data set - I100Relevant snaps are attached below:when All items radio button is selectedwhen Sold Since radio button is selected

If you run the AR aging report and the account details should the total amounts be the same? and again how do we view and compare the totals between the AR and GL and the balances?

We need to print the check that's directly being printed using the Process Payments/ Print Checks form (AP505000) as an external report that can be run with parameters for testing a customer requirement. How can we achieve printing of the same check (AP641000) but with our own input parameters and no automatic processing of the check?Ideally, a copy of AP641000 report but with check number parameter would be sufficient.Thank you.

Currently our company have a requirement for Cash Flow Statement for the;Current Assets - the condition is if the (Present Month > Previous Month) = ( Present Month - Previous Month) (-1) for true value , and (Present Month - Previous Month)(+1) for false value Current Liabilities - the condition is if the (Present Month  > Previous Month) = (Present Month - Previous Month)(+1) for true value, (Present Month - Previous Month)(-1) for false value The representation is just like this, the amounth type is ending balanceNow i am having a problem making the Value/ Formula on the Column with the condition regarding the inequality of the Present Month and Previous Month. Is there a way to make the condition possible work on the ARm Report?

Hello Community, I need to Join PMTran and APTran. My understanding is the below join should work but when I compare some of the transactions which are generated from AP, their LineNbr doesn’t agree to OrigLineNbr in PMTran. Below is the query I need, which is a simple one but not sure why LineNbr field doesn’t align.  var tran = SelectFrom<PMTran> .LeftJoin<APTran> .On<PMTran.origTranType.IsEqual<APTran.tranType> .And<PMTran.origRefNbr.IsEqual<APTran.refNbr>> .And<PMTran.origLineNbr.IsEqual<APTran.lineNbr>> .And<PMTran.origModule.IsEqual<BatchModule.moduleAP>>> .View.Select(Base);If this is not the right join, then what is it?

Hello Community,I could not able to open the Service Order, and getting the below error. Can you please help me with the below error?

Hi Acumatica Community,Seeking your assistance with my concern,Currently the Stock Items Conversion is set up to 6 decimal place. In the Companies Screen, I already change this into 3 decimal place in which I wanted to appear. But it is still the same.. (no effect)Do you have any suggestion for my concern?Thank you!

We are relatively new to Acumatica and we are looking for an easy way for our AR people to see what a customer owes in each of the aging buckets when they call to make a payment. Most of our customers have consolidated accounts - meaning one parent account with a number of children accounts rolling up to the parent. When a customer calls in to make a payment we are not able to easily see what they owe as a function of aging. All we get is a balance amount which includes everything including the invoices that will appear on next months statement. Ideally we would like to be able to go to the customers screen (AR303000) see what they owe in each of the aging buckets then click the Create Payment action which opens the AR302000 screen and have it show the aging amounts for the customer there as well. Right now we have to bounce around between various reports, write down the amount and then go to the payment screen and create the payment. Has anyone heard of or done anything with displayin

Hi,I am constantly getting HTTP 500 error with Invoice endpoint when called using HttpClient C# code with part of stack trace below. In postman I get the same error the first time but I try it again it works. So, the issue is not with the payload and it is not with HttpClient C# code because it works with Customer endpoint.Any suggestions please? Thanks{"message":"An error has occurred.","exceptionMessage":"An error occurred during processing of the field Type value FCH The 'FCH' list value is not allowed for the Type field. How can we facilitate auto-saving the check (AP641000.rpx) as a PDF as soon as the document is processed? Can it be done directly through the Acumatica Report Designer or is a customization approach to be taken?

I have two change orders for a subcontract, one is showing up in details to be able to bill, but one is not, and I don’t know why. It’s listed in the Change Order part of the sub contract But it doesn’t get pushed over to the detail part of the sub contract, so I am unable to bill against it: They are both closed, it has not been added to the main contract, I don’t know how to make it show up in details.

The second week of March we upgraded from 21R1 to 22R1.  Immediately after the upgrade all of our incoming emails related to purchase orders started failing processing with this error: CR Error: Unable to create new case. Business Account is Vendor. Following the hint of the error message, I created customer accounts for a couple vendors.  While this makes the error go away, these messages are now turned into Cases instead of being attached to the related entity. This seems to only be an issue for purchase orders.  Our incoming sales order emails are attaching activities normally.  Originally I thought it was because those emails come from Customers and not Vendors.  However, at the end of this message I’ll go over some of the testing I did before posting here.  The results suggest this is more than just a vendor/customer issue. Prior to the upgrade, we had a total of 20 incoming purchase order email messages fail for some reason or another.  Now, they're all failing until I create a c

I have created a new grid in Cases where when you populate the Relations grid tab with invoice documents it then populates this new grid called CAMRelations with all of the invoices entered in the Relations tab.Right now, I have it working where the CAMRelations grid pulls the invoices one at a time from the Relations tab, but I want it to populate with all of the invoices from the Relations tab, not simply one at a time. If you highlight each item in Relations the CAMRelations pulls the correct invoice information, but again only one at a time and not a list of the invoices from the Relations grid. The screen shots below show what I am seeing.Basically below is the logic I want to use, it simply fails validation.  So I do not know what I should do for this.                    var items = Base.Relations.Select().FirstTableItems.ToList();                                        foreach (CRRelation item in items)                    {   PXSelect<ARInvoice, Where<ARInvoice.noteID, Equa

Does anyone know why this checkbox wont save? I also cant POST the value via the API, yet I can GET it and it reads null. Ive set commit changes = true?.

How do you verify whether an automation schedule to prepare and email statements is working?
