Solved

Greetings,I am currently working on my first proper customization and have some trouble with field values. The plan is to include another fourth addressline in addition to the already existing three addresslines, not only in the Customer-Data but also for use in invoices and other forms.I went ahead and wrote these two Extensions:AddressExtension:using PX.CS.Contracts.Interfaces;using PX.Data.ReferentialIntegrity.Attributes;using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.Common.Bql;using PX.Objects.CR.MassProcess;using PX.Objects.CR;using PX.Objects.CS;using PX.Objects;using System.Collections.Generic;using System.Diagnostics;using System;namespace PX.Objects.CR{  public class AddressExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.CR.Address>  {    #region UsrAdressLine4    [PXDBString(50)]    [PXUIField(DisplayName="Adresszeile 4")]    public virtual string UsrAdressLine4 { get; set; }    public abstract class usrAdressLine4 : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<usrAdressLine4> { }    #endregion  }} ARAddressExt

Is it possible to add a total (Summary) at the Bottom or the Top of a Generic Inquiry in an area as highlighted on the screen shot below.   We want to get a Total for all the orders in the list.

Acumatica 2021R2 - the Admin user can open the Employee Payroll Settings form w/o and issue.  We’ve added two users with the Administrator role and both are experiencing the error:Cannot open this record for editing.  The form PR20300 does not contain it.What can cause this error?  I’ve tried adding all the PR Roles to my own User ID but still experience the same issue.Hoping the community can point me in the right direction.Thank you,MIke Lupro

Hi all,I would like to do similar to what is done here:What I would like to do differently is to remove to of the default values, “Organic Search” and “Campaign”. Hi All, Wondering if anyone has found a way to implement a Business Event to cancel a SA order type that hasn’t been changed from “open” status after X amount of time. We’re finding that sales reps are infrequently starting new orders and leaving them open for weeks at a time. This is throwing off inventory as it’s tied to a stale SA that should be cancelled. Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to create an on demand statement for multiple customers?I am going to send a statement to all customers on an EOM cycle at the end of Sep, but want to also send something before this date that is up to date.Sending a statement for 31/08 would be too out of date

Hello, How do I override the Capture CC action on the payments and applications screen? I pretty much want to run the basemethod in the override and once basemethod is completed, update a custom field.I tried below but it isn’t working as expected.public class BMEP_ARPaymentEntry_PaymentTransactionExt : PXGraphExtension<ARPaymentEntryPaymentTransaction, ARPaymentEntry> { public static bool IsActive() => true; public override void Initialize() => base.Initialize(); public delegate IEnumerable CaptureCCPaymentDelegate(PXAdapter adapter);[PXOverride] public virtual IEnumerable CaptureCCPayment(PXAdapter adapter, CaptureCCPaymentDelegate baseMethod) { baseMethod.Invoke(adapter); //custom logic return adapter.Get(); }}Thank you for your help!

The USPS states: “Uppercase letters are preferred on all lines of the address block.”For this (and various other internal reasons) we have made it a standard practice in our business to use ALL CAPS for all addresses in our system. We use a window envelope to mail invoices, so the customer address in Acumatica must be in ALL CAPS in order for that to happen. When we use Address Lookup, then select the address to autofill the fields, the address is not in ALL CAPS. Is there a way to change this?

Hi Does anybody know if there is a field length limit on ODataV4 in Acumatica? I have created a Custom Data Field in a Customization Project and I can’t see the field via ODataV4. I can see other Custom Data Fields via ODataV4 in the same DAC.  I can add the field to a GI and use OData (not v4) to retrieve it but can’t see it via V4. The field is 2000 characters long and I wondered if this was why it was not being shown when I pull the DAC with ODataV4. Thanks Matt

I want to customize the shipping label and print it according to my preference. Anyone got idea how do I print it directly via DevicHub. Is there any way we can make it push to DeviceHub to print automatically.Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Team,  I logged into the mobile app and found that the time activities tracking feature is not available on the app - only time card. This does not work for my client because they need to be able to skip around on dates.  Is this really missing from the app? Is there a way to add it to the app? Thanks so much :)

Hi community! I am trying to add extra columns to the Location lookup on the Details tab of the Sales Order form. I tried the following, but it is showing only the new columns and removing the original ones  public class SOOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.SO.SOOrderEntry> { #region CacheAttached [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Merge)] [SOLocationAvail(typeof(SOLine.inventoryID), typeof(SOLine.subItemID), typeof(SOLine.costCenterID), typeof(SOLine.siteID), typeof(SOLine.tranType), typeof(SOLine.invtMult))] [PXCustomizeSelectorColumns( typeof(PX.Objects.IN.INLocation.locationCD), typeof(PX.Objects.IN.INLocationStatus.qtyAvail), typeof(PX.Objects.IN.INLocationStatus.qtyOnHand), typeof(PX.Objects.IN.INLocationStatus.active), typeof(PX.Objects.IN.INLocation.receiptsValid), typeof(PX.Objects.IN.INLocation.salesValid), typeo

As shown in the above screenshot, I want to modify the Invoice Status parameter so as to select multiple options at once, like Open and Closed status at once. So can I know if this is a possible feature in the report designer and if it is possible how to modify this parameter so as to accept multiple selections?

Hi! Is there a GI that we can be created that will show the GL accounts and the associated Sub Account with it for all or specific modules? I know GL account and subaccounts are setup throughout the system but I’m not sure if there is a table out there that contains this data without having to go through every module and joining many tables.

Hello,I am currently trying to open up a smart panel based on values in a grid on the row selected. Unfortunately, the values are not being updated on the filterview (a series of unbound fields I have) when I open it using PXFormula. It works when I open up the first row, but then after that, it doesn’t update with subsequent rows selected. To remedy this, I try to update my PXFilter view before running .AskExt.. and it works to update the values, but once I do this it won’t save the updated values. See below for code: public PXAction<ModifyDialog> Modify; [PXButton(CommitChanges = true, DisplayOnMainToolbar = false)] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Modify")] protected void modify() { if (UpdateModifyView() != true ||ModifyDialogView.AskExt(true) != WebDialogResult.OK) return; else { ModifyActivity(); } } private bool UpdateModifyView() { EPActivityApprove modTPActivity = Timesheet

Hi,In the field service management module, there is an option available to the technician to capture customer signature from mobile app which is then uploaded to the appointment screen.I am building an application which needs to do the same, hence I am looking for REST API call details to be able to capture and attach signature to the appointment.I did not find any relevant actions in the web service endpoint. Hello,I was womndering is there any way to change the Headings Style in Acumatica grids? For example Change Fore/Back color or font style. I used this help from Stackoverflowhttps://stackoverflow.com/questions/42429061/acumatica-styling-a-specific-column-in-pxgrid/70338582#70338582 and managed to create the below but I’m wondering how I can set the same color to the grid headins?

Looking for suggestions or someone to point out what I’m missing. I am attempting to set the Hold flag on BOM’s through an import scenario and it is not working as expected.  On the import scenario I am using the Hold from the Bill of Material screen and set it to =True  The import processes but it does not place the BOM on hold.   Thanks very much.

how is the best way to handle this situation?  right now we are going in and changing the ship to address with each shipment.  but if we ever have to go back to print a previous shipment we have lost the address that it was shipped to, which loses the traceability.  there has to be an easier way.1 sales order, with multiple ship to locations. - each line to different locations. thanks!

We have a GI that pulls all our stock items that were/ on a sales order along with their dimensions like Length, Width, depth using attributes.  We are using an attribute that has a prefix of ‘ID :’followed by the length dimensions. We would like the GI to only display the numbers and not ‘ID :’ We used substring function to only display the numbers. Substring function Since we are using an attribute in the substring function, we get the below error: ErrorIs it possible to split/ display only certain characters from an attribute?
