Hi All,

 

Wondering if anyone has found a way to implement a Business Event to cancel a SA order type that hasn’t been changed from “open” status after X amount of time. We’re finding that sales reps are infrequently starting new orders and leaving them open for weeks at a time. This is throwing off inventory as it’s tied to a stale SA that should be cancelled. Thanks in advance.

@crodrigues  I think a minor customization is required to achieve this requirement.


Perhaps using the Cancel by Date might help.
