Hi There,I’m a newbie - trying to setup a dev instance.I have downloaded and installed a trial instance of Acumatica on a VM - it is unlicenced so comes with the limitations that go with that. I have test data deployed as well.I can communicate with the instance on the VM from my Dev Machine - for example open the web interface and use Acumatica’s built in screens. All that works fine.I’m currently using http rather than https.I am now looking to integrate via the OData APIs with my application. And the first step of that is to communicate via Postman with it.If I use the entity API (ie: URLs like this one http://192.168.1.149/AcumaticaDemoDB/entity/Default/22.200.001/Customer) - it works fine (once I’ve done the login request of course) and I can pull data. However - I am getting nowhere with the OData API. A request like this one for example http://AcumaticaVM/AcumaticaDemoDB/OData4/$metadatagets a 401 Unauthorized response.I’m using BasicAuth in the header cookies using the same user

Hi team,I've added a custom selector field in the stock item screen. This field displays location IDs based on the selected warehouse in the grid. However, there's an issue: when I change the warehouse, the field doesn't refresh automatically. I'm looking for an auto-refresh property, but it seems not to be available in the grid editor properties. Could you please assist me in achieving automatic field refresh? I've also tried using a custom attribute, but the issue persists.I am using the code provided below.   #region UsrBinLocation   [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Bin Location")]   [PXSelector(    typeof(Search<INLocation.locationID,         Where<INLocation.siteID, Equal<Current<INItemRep.replenishmentSourceSiteID>>>>),        typeof(INLocation.locationCD),        typeof(INLocation.descr),       DescriptionField = typeof(INLocation.descr),       SubstituteKey = typeof(INLocation.locationCD))]     public virtual int? UsrBinLocation { get; set; } public abstract cl

I have an integration that has been working fine since our launch. We are new to the system, 3 weeks in. I have started getting an error on GET calls to /SalesInvoice/Invoice/[invoice id] on some invoice ids. More than one entity satisfies the conditionThis happens on a very small percentage of our invoices. And of course in the UI there is only one  invoice with the IDAny suggestions on how to handle this? Or, the cause?

Good day.I have a requisition created with 12 lines. On the requisition screen, I can scroll up and down to see all items. On view/complete bidding screen under bidding results, I can only see 11 out of the 12 lines on a 15inch screen. If I don't use filters to check any missing items I don't see them on entering the bidding results. is there a way to be able to see all items or navigating to see all items outside getting a bigger screen or using filters.

I have a subreport that gets the total amount invoiced for a sales order.  In the main report i get sales orders with an invoice in a date range and then pass in the sales order number to the subreport to get the total invoice regardless if the invoice is in the entered date range.  The subreport works correctly but in the main report it is not giving me a correct total.  It will sum all but the last value from the subreport.  I’ve tried every combination of the ProcessOrder I can think of.   Attached are the two reports.

Hi All,Does anyone Have an idea on how to perform the below activity?“Need to attach the Current File to ‘Files section’ as a PDF and concurrently update the relevant processing screen as well.”E.g. I need to attach current invoice in Invoices and memos (AR301000) to the files section and concurrently update the Print Invoices and Memos (AR508000) processing screen. Many thanks.

Hi,I am looking to export data out to a excel sheetI have built the export scenario and I have set the sync type to Incremental - New OnlyHowever when I schedule the export scenario to run Acumatica will export the new records and the record of the previous exportFrom reading the help wiki it statesIncremental - New Only: Select this option to perform partial export, including only those records that have appeared in the Acumatica ERP database since the previous export took place. My understanding of this is that Acumatica will run the export and then clear down the data and when the schedule reoccurs then capture the new data however this does not seem to be the case.Is my understanding incorrect or is there an issue with this sync type?

Hello All,I am trying to trigger FieldSelecting Event in a graph extension for EPApprovalProcess (ScreenID EP503010) but I am not sure why the event is not triggered while in the same extension RowSelected Event is triggered just fine. I had this issue in the past on a different graph that Generic Method was not working and with @Yuriy Zaletskyy guidance I switched to the traditional method DACName_FieldName_Event syntax style and worked fine (see below post). So I thought I had learnt from it so I tried both methods but it didn’t work. Please see the below code I have tried all possible methods but none of them are triggered.using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.EP;using static PX.Objects.EP.EPApprovalProcess;namespace MYTest{ // ScreenID EP503010 public class MYEPApprovalProcessExt : PXGraphExtension<EPApprovalProcess> { public static bool IsActive() => true; // This Row Selected Event IS triggered protected virtual void _(Events.RowSelected<EPOwned

I just created a test instance for Acumatica for the first time.  However, I cannot do an initial login in my tenat company as admin.  The password I thought I set isn’t working and I have tried different multiple password combinations.  I’ve also tried to searching numerous Acumatica docs and I cannot find any reference on how to login to a tenant for the first time.  I did find a site on the web that said the initial credentials were “admin” and “setup”. However, this didn’t work eitherHow do you reset or change credentials in this case?  Is there a different set of default credentials? Do I need to uninstall this instance and create a new one?  Any help is appreciated.

Hi Community,How can I make the records notes entered from the “Weekly crew time entry” be updated to the “Employee's time card” when they are created?

Hi all, having an issue. I’m working on a quote design that will amortize the cost of a product over ‘X’ amount of years. Like this --fields highlighted yellow should not printHowever, we only want the calculation to appear for the product and not the separate charges like setup, freight etc. (fields highlighted yellow should not print)Should the VisibleExpr be something like=IIf( (InStr( [QuotePricing.TemplateInventoryID], 'APF-PGC')>0, False, True)Basically, what I’m trying to say is IF InventoryID = ‘APF-PGC’, then don’t print this cell; otherwise, print the cell. The other issue is there are probably have a dozen InventoryIDs where I will have to say if it equals this OR equals this OR equals this etc, then don’t print cell, else go ahead and print.Using the above, I’m getting a syntax error… help!

I’ve created templates in Cases, but the tasks associated with the cases are not copied over -- same with copying a case. I want to create an internal case called New Hire.  A user chooses that template and the predefined tasks that need to be completed are automatically created as well.Does something like this exist or can it be done with an import scenario?

Example - Customer A having X printer for shipping or carrier labels and they have setup the preferences for printing with X printer.Customer B having Y printer for shipping or carrier labels and when they try to print printer prints on X printer instead of Y. How we can add separate printer for separate customer and their location?
