SalesInvoice Detail GET fails on some invoice ids

I have an integration that has been working fine since our launch. We are new to the system, 3 weeks in. 

I have started getting an error on GET calls to /SalesInvoice/Invoice/[invoice id] on some invoice ids.
 

More than one entity satisfies the condition

This happens on a very small percentage of our invoices. And of course in the UI there is only one  invoice with the ID
Any suggestions on how to handle this? Or, the cause?

Usually this issue will occur when Any of the fields added multiple times in endpoint Configuration.

Can you check  any field added multiple times in you endpoint.

I do have a field that is repeated. Any thoughts on why this would cause problems only on some invoices?
