I would like to create a Generic Inquiry that list Service Orders - not completed up to a specific time <= 7days, <=30 but >7days;  <=60days but > 30 days; <=90days but > 60days ..... and  can be filtered by supervisor. Would eventually like to turn into a dashboard.

Hi friends, I would like to create a parameter as a selection list. For example, if I have a list of customer Classes A, B, C and would like to generate a report for customer classes A and C.Thank you for your support.

Hello. I’m learning Acumatica, specifically Reporting now. As an exercise, I want to insert an image (PNG file) into a report Picture Box. There two Picture Box properties, Data Value and Data Source, for which I need more information. So, I am searching for documentation or help. Can someone point me there?Much thanks. Tom Morris

Hi There,I want to create a test environment locally with the demo data as I need to build reports, but downloading from the S3 storage is painfully slow like 10 KBPS, is there a way to get it faster as I cannot wait 7 hours for 90MB file.

How are companies handling the scenario in which there are recurring Purchase Orders such as vendor agreements? Example - service agreement with the vendor to perform $1,000 of maintenance service each month. My thought is that this is handled through Blanket POs, but looking for input from others! Here’s what I did. created blanket PO with 1 line item but qty. of 3 (representing 3 months) also set expiration (3 months in this case) create new PO - normal type added PO line item from blanket PO - adjusted qty. to 1 remove hold/approve (Normal “child” PO = Open) Blanket PO = Open (because there is still open qty. of 2) Qty. on receipts = 1 Are there any other ideas or methods? What are others doing?

Created Journal Transaction Import, with the following data: Not all the transactions got the error, only a few, i have recreated the transaction on the journal transaction screen and journal transaction was on balance with no issues. Also, i have removed the Module, added, and check for the Commit on several of the selections, but cant import all of the transactinos, only some worked. Do you see anything wrong with my import scenario? Thank you so much in advance.

We are experiencing an issue where we have confirmed the shipment, but then at a later time the shipment appears as though not confirmed. We are currently integrated with EasyPost. I know the order has been confirmed because tracking numbers, labels and links have been provided by EasyPost which only happens after confirmation. This is not happening on every order - just sporadically throughout the week. When I view the audit history - either the system does not appear to have acknowledged the confirmation at all, or it shows confirmed but not released. We do have a small customization in place directly related to shipments. That is, the shipment date automatically updates to the current date upon shipment confirmation. Is this a bug? Do we have to go through our VAR to have this looked at? Can we report this directly to Acumatica? Any troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you

Hi,I have customization project which I use for different Acumatica versions (2022R1 ,2022R2, 2023R1, 2023R2)At all versions it works perfectly, except 2023R1Package is successfully published without errors, but when I go to endpoint and press any entity I receive the following errorI tried follow the refence and select some company, but everything is emptyWant to put emphasize on that such behavior appears only at version  2023R1, at 2022R1 ,2022R2,  2023R2 everything is fine. What can cause such error, should be Acumatica reinstalled ? Endpoint version is 22.200.001P.S.I can’t attach the customization projectThanks in advanced

@AaronB I am tagging you on this.  You are the TestSDK guru and you might have a quick solution to this.  :-)This is probably more of a C# question, but hopefully it is an easy answer.I am running a large number of reports in TestSDK.  This is an example of the code I am using to run a report which works just fine.public void APBalanceByGLAccount(){ using (TestExecution.CreateTestStepGroup(ICSMessages.APBalancebyGLAccount)) { AP632000APBalanceByGLAccount screen = new AP632000APBalanceByGLAccount(); screen.OpenScreen(); screen.Run(); screen.Excel(); }}Rather than have this code duplicated 50 times, I want to use a generic method where I just pass in the wrapper and generate the report.  When I explicitly setup the screen object above, it automatically gives me access to .Run() and .Excel().The generic method code below runs and opens the screen for the GL Register report.  I just can’t find a way to run the report and export it to Excel.public static void RunReport<T>() where

Hi,Someone knows why Restrict entities and groups for customers and users, doesnt work for Reports and GIs? They work fine for entry forms but not for for GIs.  Thanks.

Hello. I have a problem with Report designer. Today it works fine. I was working on the report and suddenly got electricity cut-of. And after i got it back report designer always shows me this error It said that “Unhandled exception in application. When you click on the "Continue" button, the application will ignore the error and try to continue working. When you click the "Exit" button, the application will exit immediately. Root element is missing”

Can someone help me with the quantity riddle? I’ve seen this on what the different quantities mean however it doesnt seem to apply. I have an item below 11451-LOOSE (which incididentally is a stock kit though i dont think this matters) and it has:Quantity On Hand = 2370.694Quantity Available for Shipping = 2370.694 (there IN Issue, SO Allocated and SO Shipped must all be zero)Quantity Available = -24,829.3 which implies SO Prepared, SO Booked or SO Back Ordered must be large to account for the difference, however as you can see these are all zero too? I do feel that Acumatica over-complicates simple concepts and makes it near impossible for the end user to understand...and Im a Developer of the system and I cant understand it nor able to advise my clients!!

Does anyone know where Acumatica stores the values of Dashboard Widgets when using the Refresh Data setting? For example, take the Orders to Ship Widget pictured here with a value of 12  I have the Refresh Data value set to Every Day which means that Acumatica should only refresh the value once a day  In order to do that, I would think that Acumatica stores the value of 12 somewhere, but I’m not sure where it gets stored.

hello all,I am getting confused between the restriction group types A & B. I tried to experiment this by: So now , as per the above screenshots the system would now restriction the user Pam Brawner to have access to the selected 2 subaccounts. Now when I created a new group type B:for the same user So now if I would select the 2nd Subaccount, would that mean that now the system wont show the subaccounts selected under both Groups A & B for the same user or what? I am getting confused here. Would like your guidance in this. Thanks in advance.

Hello Community,We would like to add a GI to the Customer Portal that would allow a contact associated with a business account to see the sales order detail lines for the parent and child accounts for only that parent business account.  I’m afraid that my SQL is a bit rusty, and I can’t recall how to filter the results in the GI such that the contact will only be viewing the data for their respective parent and child accounts. If someone could point me in the right direction of how to do this in the setup of the GI and adding this to the Customer Portal that would be amazing. Many thanksPatrick

I have a Production Order MOVE transaction stuck in Balance status because the production order was completed on a different MOVE transaction.  So the MOVE transaction in Balance status cannot be RELEASE nor DELETED.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
