Is there a way to assign a weight (possibly at the time the PO Receipt is entered) to a lot/Serial #?  We would like to have a way to show the weight on an item on the shipment confirmation.  We use lot tracked inventory items for a wide variety of special order items so it wouldn’t be possible for us to assign the weight to an Inventory ID.Thanks

I can not get my Item costs(Avg cost) to report on the stock items GI table. They all report as zero.

We recently started scanning production tickets from operation to operation, in doing so we had some users who were incorrectly scanning operations in multiple times.ie. A production ticket called for 100 on operation 10 and 20 but say they scanned 500 in for operation 10 and 100 for operation 20 which would then complete the production ticket but also cause a variance (We are backflushing labor/overhead and materials and also Standard Cost on items) We’ve been running cycle counts to correct the raw materials but not sure what else we can do to fix this.We now have a very high balance in our WIP Variance Account which I believe is overstating our cost of goods. I can’t think of a way in the system to correct this since all of these production tickets are closed.I’m no financial guru so I may be thinking about this incorrectly. But our cost of goods the last 2 months have been extremely high. Looking for any help to sort this out. Thanks!

Good day Kind assist with this error. I have previously loaded stock and now need to make changes. attached is my XML file. Please confirm if you want to update current Item settings with the Inventory Class defaults. Original settings will be preserved otherwise.

I created a UDF called UsrFTEV as a Decimal (2,2) column. (see screenshot below)What I want to do is make this a Combo Box selection so that a user can only select the values either “1” or “.5”For calculation reasons no other value should be allowed in that column.  However, I cannot figure out how to do that with a Decimal defined number.  I have done this very easily with Int and String values, but what should I do in the DAC definition?[PXDBDecimal][PXUIField(DisplayName="FTEv")]For Int column field this would be something like below[PXIntList(new int[] {0,1}, new string[] {“0”,”1”})]For a decimal number what is that command for a list?  And how can I change “NumberEdit” to “Combobox”? When I select “ComboBox” from the screen form data fields and Save, it reverts back to “NumberEdit”

Hello all,Can anyone let me know how can I make the below highlighted Billable checkbox to be activated by default instead of unchecked, with low code/no-code customizations. Thanks in advance.

We have a sales manager who has asked for the Opportunities GI to include additional default filtered tabs so sales users can access and work out of them. I create the filters I need and save them after the GI is created (where it’d live under a tab). Would this be the same process? How do you allow everyone to see them?

Hi there,a customer of us wants to have configurable articles. He also has variants of his articles which are machines. So each variant of a series can have configurations which are only decided on while producing the product. Now, I was wondering what happens if I use such a configuration article for MRP, e.g. since I want to have a safety stock of 10 machines. Will the MRP only consider the BOM part oder will it suggest to buy/ build the whole configuration possibilities? Or before clicking on order in the MRP screen, do I need to configure the article and then one type of configured article will be planned with 10 pieces? The question then is, how will acumatica know that I have this concrete instance 10 times in my stock and not the other possible variations? (machines with other configurations) I assume that it is not foreseen that acumatica works with configurations in stock?  Thank you very much in advance.Best Wishes maracuja

We have a report that will show any open replenishment purchase order lines. We are trying to connect this with the shipment table - to only show items that are currently not in stock but are on replenishment purchase orders. When I try to join SOShipLine or SOShipLine Split - the report breaks. I believe I am using all the common fields to join them, but not sure why it breaks. Relationship SchemaCould you please advise what I am missing? I have also attached the rpx file. Is there a way to populate the memo field on an AP check?

In v2022R2, I have set up a custom label that prints fine when the printer is connected to a Windows computer and printing from that same computer.  The printer needs to be located in a space where there are only  MacBook Pros.  When I print the label from the MacBook Pro to the same Zebra printer now connected to the MacBook Pro, it prints fine to preview but when I send it to the printer, the orientation changes on the output.  I’ve connected to the CUPS interface to set the page size defaults, etc., but that does not fix the issue.  Ideas?

Hello All,We are a trading material company. We buy materials from different countries and sell them in our based country. On the Construction/ Project function, we type Cost Budget as the sourcing country's currency (usually in USD & EUR) but the Invoice must be issued in based currency (VND).When trying to set Project Currency = USD, Billing Currency = VND, the error message from the system shows “Another billing currency is not supported because the project currency USD differs from the base currency VND.”Therefore, we can't use the different currencies on Project Currency & Billing Currency.Really appreciated it if you have any ideas for this case. Thanks all,Yên Chi

I cannot create a custom screen in 24R1 Preview or 24R1 Beta.  I was attempting to test my application in 2024R1. After HOURS of trying to figure out why, I performed the following steps:Install clean instance of 24R1 Beta (24R1B-24-093-0169)Create customization project "Test"Open Test in project editorCreate new screen IC.11.11.10Publish the project TestOpen Project EditorClick on the screen ID IC11.11.10Click Preview ChangesHere is the error: I tried this in 24R1 Preview with the same results. If I do the exact same process in any version of 23R2, I do not get this error.I will attach the project to this case if you want to try to publish it yourself to see if you can duplicate this error.I submitted a support request yesterday, but in case anyone has figured this out, let me know!  I will post another comment when support gets back to me if no one else can figure this one out.

Hi,Our client has duplicate line items on their budget that have been released. I’m unable to delete one/both of the lines (or the budget) since they have non-zero released amounts. I’m also unable to zero out the amounts and release since I can’t save the budget with duplicate lines. Thus, the client is unable to update the budget.

I understand how to do it from the UI, however is there a way of doing that programmatically, using e.g. a RESTful request or a SBAPI command.(One of the desired product flows I’m exploring entails creating a workspace if needed and then populating it with a couple of GIs)

Hello, I'm facing a business event issue that I can't seem to correct. My business event is configured to send an email for each new entry in a generic query. As you can see on this screen, the notification works well for all entries prior to my test outlined in red.Specifically, my Business Event does not apply when I insert 2 pieces of data at the same time for the same appointment (004529-1), like this example in red.
