Hello, we have configured SSO with openID and Microsoft Azure app subscription. Everything works well except that when a user presses "LOGOUT" in acumatica, and another presses the "OpenID SSO Microsoft" button at login, this one automatically reconnects to the same user who was initially connected . It seems to keep it cached. How to "clear cache" or other solution to user logout?THANKS

Looking into the ability to have Attributes published into Customizations.  Use case:We have a testing environment that we test Customizations before publishing into our Production instance (as everyone should hehehe). I want to make a Attribute on the for Vendors, that I attach to each Vendor Class.  But I am trying to figure out how to do this in a Customization if possible, that way I don’t have to recreate those fields and connections in our Production instance.  I could just publish the Customization and it would create the required fields.  Is that possible?  I can’t find any documentation on that use case.

Hello I am looking to automate taking sales orders that are being imported to take them off HOLD and put into OPEN - the sales order type needs to remain the same so to change the sales order type is not an option. I tried the Process Open Orders but that only works for Back Order to be put in Open no ON HOLD orders.  I looked at automation schedule but do not see an option to do any “action” such as Open order.  would it be a workflow process or such?  I need certain criteria’s to be able to pick and choose which orders to put in OPEN as well.

hi all, When I select one task and click on “Complete Tasks”, all the tasks get 100% completed. If this was accidentally done, and the user has saved the changes to the project, is there a way to go back to the original completed % of the task ? One of my customers is asking.  Appreciate your inputs. Thanks, Ash

HI, I have a client who is asking for this on the Sales Order printed form, SO641010.rpx:*T Total - Set a variable to accumulate the extended price for each line as it is processed with an initial value of 0. Increment value with the extended price for each line as lines are processed. If and when a line with Inventory ID = *T, the form should print the Transaction Description and the variable accumulated value in the extended price column. Reset the variable to 0.I have a variable that is the subtotal of the lines. The problem I am having is printing the variable and when it is getting reset. I have tried various things to get this to work. The Output is clearing the variable prior to the data being printed, see below. Here is a picture of the variable & how it is being reset.

Hello Hello,i’d like to know if it would be possible to grab into the generation process of the reports and under- or overlay another set of pdfs to it? Overlaying two pdfs above each other is not the hard part i’d say but is there a way we can do this while the report preview generates? We would like to use this method to include high-res background images to the reports (watermarks or whatever - svgs basically), since the report designer does not support svg files and pngs are pixelated at printing or at zooming in.

Hello,Does anyone experienced this issue. The report is looking fine when you hit Run reportHowever, when you click print we are receiving this error:

Hi Acumatica Team,Is there a report that we can see an Inventory Transaction related to the Project?Thank you!

I continue to have an error on my Opportunity import that the Contact cannot be empty. HOWEVER, the data in the excel spreadsheet is 100% correct and it appears to me that the import scenario Mapping is also correct.  I know 100% factually that the Contact ID in my data is correct.  Why am I continuing to see this error message?

Hello!I have been tasked to create or alter the numbering sequence logic for child orders created from Blanket orders. The goal is to have the sales order number produced by the create child orders process include the original blanket order number, followed by a dash and a sequence depending on the number of child orders being created. Example below:Blanket Order is created with 5 line items that is expected to result in 5 child orders, the OrderNbr for this blanket order is 000001 Those 5 child orders should have the following as their OrderNbr:000001-1000001-2000001-3000001-4000001-5 I suspect we will need to alter the numbering sequence to accommodate the increased size of the sequence start and end number, but I am lost as to where we would inject the logic to achieve the above. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone,i’m facing a problem when i populate the Sales quotes lines from an imported file, everything is working fine when the lines were populated, but when i choose a customer from the header field, the fields returns zero for all the rows : Unit Price with the valuesand after choosing a customer: field returns 0i tried to use RowUpdated to get the old values back if the new value is 0 :  public static bool IsActive() => true;protected virtual void _(Events.RowUpdated<CROpportunityProducts> e){ var nR = e.Row; var oR = e.OldRow; var nUnitPrice = nR.CuryUnitPrice; var oUnitPrice = oR.CuryUnitPrice; if (nUnitPrice == 0) { nR.CuryUnitPrice = oUnitPrice; } }the code works fine, but the Ext Price is still showing 0, and automatically the Amount field also: Any thoughts?

My Requirements: (Doing this for learning purpose)An integration between an employee management web app and Acumatica ERP, just need to push the salary payment data to the ERP.My Current Approach:I have created a DAC called EmloymentHeroRawData which stores the raw data received from the employee management web app. I have created the web service endpoint and it works as expected. Now I need to create journal transaction entry, it should include the all transaction entries in the EmloymentHeroRawData DAC, excluding the already process rows. That part also works in my code.after entering a row to a journal transaction entry I need to change the its status in to “COM”. But that part is not working. When doing debugging I create a separate action called ToggleStatus just to change the status of all recode. But it also not works it gives following error.Error: An attempt of an update of the whole table EmloymentHeroRawData was detected because of missed key values.Code : namespace Fruitspot

Hello all,I have a PO created with status as Completed & Po Receipt released. And now I have a credit memo received. How can I record a credit memo against this PO? Thanks.

All, we have fields for a graphic’s width and height. In the results grid I have a formula to calculate the Square Inches; however, it’s rounding to 0 precision (no decimal places). How do I extend this Square inches calculation to 3 places? =CInt([InventoryItem.UsrCFCHeight] * [InventoryItem.UsrCFCWidth])

Hello all,I have been working on a business event and have been facing some issues. The issue is whenever I try to run from User A’s account the biz event gets successfully processed. But whenever I try to run the same event using User B’s account it shows the below error:The error says Project Task could not be found. Both of these users have a same access right but still it triggers the error for one of them. Why so?

I am currently running the Acumatica Instance on my localhost but it is not secure as it is in HTTP form now in order to do the integration i need to make the http to https now i have seen many documentations and forms to get the SSL certificate but one of my seniors suggested me to use the Ngrok or other alternatives like ngrok. So can i host the Acumatica on the Ngrok or i need to do this SSL certificate thing in order to make the Http to Https ?

I have an odd question. We have part ABC123. This part is sometimes manufactured and has a BOM; sometimes, we purchase it from an outside vendor. Our engineering team wants to be able to use the same part number but two BOMs. I question if this is a good idea. Others might have similar scenarios and would love feedback on how they deal with them. The gist is we save money but have an extended lead time on the purchased item so in some cases, we end up making the item.

Hi all, we’re currently upgrading to 23R2 and we’re testing it in a sandbox. In Production Order Maintenance (current/live site), the Order Type parameter menu is empty/no default. In the 23R2 sandbox (green header), the Order Type defaults to RO.How can I edit the GI to change this? I don’t see a default value listed.

How do I clear the error "one or more lines have unassigned location and/or Lot/Serial Number" for a PO receipt? We do not use Lot/Serial Numbers and only have one location (MAIN).

Is there a way to restrict inventory id to certain projects.  we use non-stock inventory items to purchase item to projects or service orders.  Service orders use a specific inventory id so it will direct the costs to the proper gl account for service orders.  We have another inventory id used for purchases to projects to direct those costs the a gl account for projects.  the problem we are having is that technicians are not using the correct inventory id, the the costs are going to the wrong GL account.  any ideas on how we can restrict what inventory items can be used where?  My first thought was to only allow the service order id to only be allowed to project x and the project id to not be allowed to project x, but I can’t find a way to restrict it.   This situation is really causing a lot of reclassifying of transactions.  please help.Andrew

I am trying to get a delta of modified customers to synchronize to an external system. The LastModifiedDateTime filter seems to be ignored, and all records are returned.. My query is{{baseUrl}}/entity/DefaultExt/22.200.001/Customer?$fitler=LastModifiedDateTime ge datetimeoffset'2024-06-03'I have also tried the date format like 2024-06-03T00:00:00.000-04:00, but that too returns all records. Any idea why this won’t filter? It has to be something ridiculously simple...

Consider the following scenario:Customer places an order on a website and chooses their shipping method Order is injected into Acumatica as a Sales Order.  Ship Via exists here. At the time of order injection, we determine that it will be fulfilled via DropShip and automatically set the Order Line up accordingly. We have Automation that “creates purchase orders” for all of those orders. Now, a human needs to go and touch every single PO and set a shipping method. I saw this rejected idea from four years ago: When we transmit a DropShip PO to a partner, it must include a shipping method.  Our partners are shipping 3rd Party on our carrier accounts and we need to specify the class of service.  Requiring that value to be set manually when it’s already been determined earlier in the order lifecycle is not at all scalable.I’m honestly a bit shocked that I’m going to have to develop (or pay for) a customization to handle what truly is a bug.
