We run 23R2, Build 23.209.0023. When attempting to use the Finish action via the ConfigurationEntry endpoint, the Supplemental Item does not appear on the Sales Order. This is not the same behavior we see when manually creating an SO, where after closing a Finished Configuration, the SO is updated to include the Supplemental Item.Has anyone else had success with the Finish action that’s part of the ConfigurationEntry endpoint? It is properly updating the Configured Item’s Line Description.

Hello, I created a custom printed form and placed it on the site map. I added a customization project that allows this form to be printed from the sales order screen via the action menu > Printing & Emailing section. (This form is a copy of the sales order without prices). When I print from the Site map, the form prints correctly using the selected parameters. When I print from the Action Menu, no data is visible. I have updated the user access to the new form to match the original form that was copied. What am I missing?

We are new to Acumatica and trying to track the time our users spend per customer on cases. Our customers are billed a monthly set price with no hours limit, but we need to track employee time for statistical reasons. I have tried having the time put against a project but it seems like this would get muddled as these are ongoing support contracts not projects. Is there any way in the system to track employee time per case per client basis?

Finding out an issue where the Header on my report does not cover all cells when I export to Excel.  This is my first attempt at updating/adjusting Excel formatting with Report Designer. How do I adjust a group or header to match the total cells on the report?  Or, is there some documentation on the Excel formatting and Report Designer?

I am wondering someone has created a business event to push notification when a business event failed or when there are events build up in queue not running in System Queue Monitor.

I have a purchase order that has a extended cost of an inventory item pulled up from the Vendor Prices screen . How to change this setting . I do not want the line item in the purchase order to automatically populate the extended cost from the Vendor Prices screen , instead i want the extended cost in the purchase order to pull the last cost/current cost in the stock items screen.

Many of our customers find it very annoying that they have to manually touch the “Set Qty” button on their mobile devices in order to set the quantity being picked/packed/shipped. We are trying to include the Set Qty command (*qty) as a barcode on the picklist report so that they can scan that command and then scan the barcode for the quantity (since there’s no way to set the mobile device to default to the shipping quantity).I can’t find the right way to format the command on the report so that the barcode scanner will read it and put the device in Set Qty mode.Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi - we recently switched from Paya to Acumatica Payments/Fortis for our payment processor. With Paya, we could generate payment links automatically when the invoice is released. The team from Acumatica Payments said we could likely set up a business event to do this as well, but I’m not sure what all that would involve. Does anyone have experience setting this up themselves?

Hello,I am having trouble with an activity import. I am trying to import our old CRM call activity to specific Leads, Business Accounts and Contacts. Receiving “Error: 'Related Entity' cannot be empty.” on each record. I have tried importing with the Related Entity being the Acumatica ID as well as the Record Name. The XML for this scenario is attached.   Thanks!

I am trying to deleted a rejected Expense Claim but when I try to do that, I am receiving an error message that says the “expenseRefNbr cannot be empty”;  if it was rejected, why is that occurring? Is this a permissions or setup issue?  And if so, what should I look to change?

We have this error on an items product availability in Sync history. It is not translating the inventory to the Shopify store and we can’t seem to figure out why. Has anyone had this issue and fixed it?  “The record has been assigned the Deleted status because it is related to an item that is missing, excluded from synchronization, or configured to not track quantity.:

We need to fix the user that shows search result to be like the rest that doesn’t show the result on the sales order screen. See images below for the correct display versus the wrong display.  For this user a results sub window opens as the user types in an Inventory code.   This image shows how it should look without the results displaying:

I added a Attribute to my Vendors screen (AP303000).  I have that attribute called out in my report.  I have my Report Parameters calling Report.GetFieldSchema('Vendor.APOWNER_Attributes').  I am seeing the filed populate on the Reports Parameters on the screen for report and I an even select the desired result to filter agonist.  But when I pick one of the options and run the report, I still get all values for the Attribute, not the one selected.  Am I doing something wrong, or missing a step.

Wanted to check that I am not missing something before I write this off.We want to display GI/Dashboard on a large screen on the shopfloor and have it periodically auto refresh. We do not want to tie up a computer for each display on the shop floor.Would like to use a smart TV that could display from the URL.  However, cannot have it prompt for credentials.  So looking for a URL that could have credentials embedded.  (I am sure this is not possible, just checking) Looking for any suggestions:Want to display dashboard on shop floor and have it autorefresh.Do not want to tie up a computer to accomplish this.Do not want to have to enter credentials.   Thanks!

What access right should be allowed to view inventory in the creation of a GI? Anyone have an idea as to why this is not able to be viewed as an administrator?

Good day allI am trying to write a GI to show AR payments and their applications. Hello Team,I've added custom fields to the Revenue Budget tab on the Project screen. I wrote code for the RowSelected event, but the values are not being saved in the database when I click the Save button in the Project Header. However, if I click the Revenue Budget tab any field within it, followed by the Save button, the values are saved properly.Could you please assist me in finding a solution to save the field values without having to click on the Revenue Budget tab? Custom Field Code:public class PMBudgetExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.PM.PMBudget>{  #region UsrPTDBilled  [PXDBDecimal]  [PXUIField(DisplayName="PTD Billed", Enabled = false)]  public virtual Decimal? I have tried numerous times to split a journal entry into multiple lines without it posting successfully.  The only way I can get Acumatica to split an entry to multiple sub accounts is to do it one line at a time.  Why is this necessary? We are on 2020 R1

Hi,In the Opportunities screen, a client is wanting to have the CloseAsWon action triggered automatically when the Stage field is set to Won. The code below is how I have tried to set it up, but all it does is trigger a Save and nothing else happens.Is this kind of functionality possible? If so, how would you recommend setting this up?Let me know if I can provide any other information.Kind regards,Andrewprotected void CROpportunity_StageID_FieldUpdated(PXCache cache, PXFieldUpdatedEventArgs e) { var row = (CROpportunity)e.Row; if (row == null) return; // Check if the new value of StageID is "Won" if (row.StageID == "W") { //Trigger the "Close As Won" action TriggerCloseAsWonAction(); } } private void TriggerCloseAsWonAction() { var closeAsWonAction = Base.Actions["CloseAsWon"]; if (closeAsWonAction != null) { closeAsWonAction.Press(); } }

We are currently on 22r2 and will move to 24r1 soon.We have the need to stop users from seeing and being able to drill down into certain accounts on the P&L by branch report.  The users are all in the same branch, but not the same “department”.  They should not be able to see wages for the branch management (highest priority), and preferably not other departments in their branch (secondary concern).I have set up a restriction group and assigned only top management and finance to the group.  I have also assigned the specific sub accounts, and then the specific GL account, to the RG as well. The result is that the user can access the P&L by department, see the Wages listed on the P&L in total form.  Further, then can click on the amount and drill into the Wages amount, seeing the restricted account detail, as well as the associated subaccounts, some of which are restricted also.I have read the help text documentation and understand that for performance reasons, this is the res

Scenario:We have a purchase order with item A , B , and C. We create a prepayment because this vendor requires a 50% down payment. This pre-payment gets allocated evenly between the 3 lines on the Purchase order.I then proceed to create the purchase receipt for just item B (LINE 2), that is the only thing that shipped. Give it a total of $300,which means I pre-paid the $150 and that is shown as the prepaid amount on the line item, on the purchase order. I create the purchase receipt and then release it to automatically create the Bill. I technically only owe the remaining $150 on this line item, but the bill is created for the full $300 and applies the full prepayment leaving only $25 to be remaining on this bill. Then when the other items are received it, it will look like we owe the full amount. When really, we need to pay the remaining $150 for this item for shipping, not for any other item that hasn’t shipped yet.Has anyone found a solution to this problem? Or is there a setting or

When running the AR Aging report for some accounts it works while for some others it doesn’t.  I get this error: 6/4/2024 8:18:56 AM Error:Can't calculate expression node: 'pageHeaderSection2 (PX.Reports.Data.PageSectionNode) dataItem: '.

Is there a place or even a method to provide the Non-Project Code a Description in Project Preferences? If so, where can I go to do that?
