Tracking Employee Time Spent on Cases

We are new to Acumatica and trying to track the time our users spend per customer on cases. Our customers are billed a monthly set price with no hours limit, but we need to track employee time for statistical reasons. I have tried having the time put against a project but it seems like this would get muddled as these are ongoing support contracts not projects. Is there any way in the system to track employee time per case per client basis?

Hi @cbulford61 

After you finish creating the Case, the system will save the Case creation time in "Date Reported" and when you press "CLOSE" on the Case, the system will display the Case closing time in "Closing Date".


After the Case is closed. Time tracking is displayed at “ADDITIONAL INFO” Tab > “Resolution Time”
