Hi all,Is it possible to create a BOM for a non-stock item? As my team described it to me, they want to do this as it’s not an “item” per se but more of a “service” with no on-hand inventory levels. Is this possible? Any docs/tutorials on this if it is possible?

Acumatica allows expired materials to be used in production despite the fact that an expiration date is set. No warning to user or hard stop.Does anyone have a workaround for this other than a custom inquiry that allows to find expired material and remove it from the shelves? We are in a regulated industry (medical device) and current feedback from Quality is that the workaround is not sufficient and an active warning, if not a stop, from the system is the minimum that has to be implemented.

A previous discussion identified the Cash Account Balance on the Reconciliation Statement Report as the “Cash Account Balance on bank Statement date”.  I would expect that to tie to the ending balance per the Trial Balance, but it does not.  Do I have an error somewhere, or just a misunderstanding? Thanks

Hi, I've joined the APInvoice table with the APTran table to display the line-level tax amounts in the Project Transaction Register report. However, I’m encountering duplicate records, and I’m unsure which join might be missing or if there’s an additional table that needs to be included to eliminate the duplicates.I’ve attached project transaction register report for your referenceIf anyone has any insights, I would appreciate your help.

Hi Community,Is there any way to get a side panel on this Inventory Allocations screen via Customization projects? It does not seem to have the option under the Action Types. Thanks,RJ

Hello, I’m looking for a way to make matrix items with only one variable. I have a product that comes in 4 colours, but doesn’t have any other variables. Is this doable?

Hi Community I have never seen this before, but what would cause the Owner field to show in every other tab except for the Conditions tab?  I need this APQuickCheck.OwnerID as a Condition, but it does not show up. I can see it in the Parameters, Results Grid, and everywhere else.   Thanks,RJ

I'm experiencing an issue when updating a custom field (usrDebitAccount) on the Transfers screen (IN304000) within the Transfer Details grid, specifically in a Released document. In the INTran_RowSelected event, I’ve enabled the custom field usrDebitAccount  when the row is released, like this. I have also enabled the field from workflow as well.protected void INTran_RowSelected(PXCache cache, PXRowSelectedEventArgs e, PXRowSelected InvokeBaseHandler){ InvokeBaseHandler?.Invoke(cache, e); var row = (INTran)e.Row; if (row == null) { return; } if (row.Released == true) { Base.transfer.Cache.AllowUpdate = true; Base.transactions.Cache.AllowUpdate = true; PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<INTranExt.usrDebitAccount>(cache, row, true); }}The issue is: When I change the value of usrDebitAccount on a single row and try to save, the Save button appears enabled but it shows the below error message         If I click ok button of above pop up

Hello all,I’m trying to find a way to import multiple corporate cards at once. My company has a lot of employees and each of them have a card that needs to be in the system. I see where you can enter each individual card, but I can’t find a way to mass-import all of these. Any help on this would be appreciated.Thank you.

Hello Everyone, I have an import scenario and business event that create a new project from an SO Quote. There is an attribute on the project to bring in the quote number. After the project is created I have another import and business event that is supposed to insert the projectID and taskIDs back into the quote. I keep getting an error that says the ‘project task’ cannot be empty. Here is my most recent import mapping: As additional info, I made the taskID = the LineNbr on the quote of the original import that creates the project. Anyone have an idea on why this one is erroring out? Thanks

We’re running 2023R2 and I’m trying to update the UnitPrice to equal the UnitCost when entering items in a “No Charge” Sales Order.  Using the following code:namespace PX.Objects.SO{  public class SOOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.SO.SOOrderEntry>  {     // Update prices when order quantities updated    protected void _(Events.FieldUpdated<SOLine.orderQty> e)  {    var order = Base.Document.Current;    var line = e.Row;    if (order?.CustomerOrderNbr?.Contains("SE") == true && line != null)    {        // Use SetValueExt to ensure all business logic and UI updates occur        e.Cache.SetValueExt<SOLine.curyUnitPrice>(line, line.CuryUnitCost);    }  }    // Update prices when CustomerOrdNbr changes    protected void _(Events.FieldUpdated<SOOrder.customerOrderNbr> e)    {        if (e.NewValue?.ToString().Contains("SE") == true)        {            foreach (SOLine line in Base.Transactions.Select())            {           if (line.CuryU

Hello Community, We are having an issue when attempting to confirm a shipment and receiving the following message:On the shipment, we are not trying to delete any items, simply clicking the “Confirm Shipment” button and receiving that error. The quantity lines are as follows:These are serialized items, and all have a serial selected so no unassigned quantities. No duplicate shipments were sitting out there, and the lines are all allocated correctly. The order itself shows the lines as open for shipment and every line is marked “back order allowed”. Has anyone seen this error before?

We are currently exploring options to streamline the process of converting business accounts (BAs) to customers in Acumatica, ensuring efficiency and maintaining control over the conversions. Our client relations team receives calls from customers who wish to place orders over the phone and pay with a credit card. In order to proceed, the client relations team adds these customers as new Business Accounts (BAs). The BAs are then converted to customers to conduct business, but only our accounts receivable team has the ability to convert BAs.Is there a way to create an exception in Acumatica where our customer service team can ONLY convert BAs to a specific customer class, such as "Credit Card Customer," which automatically assigns them credit card terms? This would enable our customer service team to securely utilize Acumatica payments for credit card purchases. We are seeking advice on how to implement this exception effectively to ensure our customer service team can manage credit car

Is it possible to merge lots of inventory within Acumatica?

I'm trying to create a Generic Inquiry that identifies sales orders where a required TaxID is missing, based on the Customer Tax Zone. Here’s what I want: If the TaxZoneID is STNRETAILR, the order should have both TNOTP66SALES and TNSTEX If the TaxZoneID is MSRETAILR, the order should have both MSOTPEXS and MSSTEX If either is missing, I want to show that order in the results so it can be corrected Below condition is working fine . But When i tick all together it shows 0 Records Means condition is not working when i active all.

Within the Payables section I’d like to be able to produce a report that shows only the Vendor Name and Payment Method.  Is this at all possible?I do not want to see anything else. Such as addresses or GL codes.

I’m hoping I’m simply missing something obvious.I looking for a report that I can define a date range, a warehouse, and a specific part and get a total amount that has been consumed for that part, through BOTH sales and production. The Turnover report doesn’t seem to take into account production usage. Before i go making a custom GI/Report based on the Inventory Transaction History screen to get a simple summary of issues and invoices, is there a stock report that my smooth smooth brain just isn’t noticing?

Hi Acumatica Community,I do have a concern. I was trying to create a dashboard for my Acumatica cases, and I want to get the total time of the initial response.Upon checking, the Initial responses are not populating any time, unlike the resolution time it has hours and minutes. My question here is, how do the initial responses work in Acumatica Cases 23r2?

Good morning,I know this has been discussed on other forums in the past and hopefully there is a resolution at this point...however I am just seeing if there is a more sufficient/quicker method to use to get refund checks for AR customers? My company is still fairly new to Acumatica, so bare with me if my step by step process is either confusing or cumbersome. Please advise! :) Right now, I currently do:Verify customer orders are complete and credit is available Extend customer as an AP vendor through AR customer maintenance screen Create a Cash Purchase in AP to reflect check I’ll be cutting (apply towards corresponding Refund check GL Account) Prepare/Print Checks Release Printed Checks Create a Debit Memo/Credit Write off in AR to offset credit available (apply towards corresponding Refund check GL account)

We sometimes have customers with billing issues that should not trigger credit holds. Is there a way to exclude a specific document (invoice) from the credit hold process?I don’t want to extend the credit days past due or make any other change that would affect more transactions than just one specific invoice. Is there functionality to do this?

Hi all,I’m trying to figure out if I’m missing a trick, or if there’s a functionality gap here. With Azure Entra SSO configured, and using the SSO Group based Role assignments logic this introduces, I can’t find a way to report on ActiveDirectory Roles/Groups.While I was able to find PX.SM.RoleActiveDirectory, and query this to get information about which AD Groups have which Roles:  I wasn’t able to then join it to a Group name in a way would display, or find somewhere to join against to identify the link between AD group and User. I tried:PX.SM.ActiveDirectoryGroup This has the correct names like it should be providing me the name of the AD groups, but I couldn’t actually get information to display from it. (I think maybe this information isn’t persisted? Though it is possible I’ve got my joins wrong.) Any hints, or confirmation that I’m trying to do something not currently supported, would be really appreciated. My goals are to be able to reproduce something likeAccess Rights by Rol
