EasyPost Carrier Service returned error: ProviderEndShipper address.name or address.company required

When we click CONFIRM SHIPMENT, we get the following error:

Carrier Service returned error. USPS:The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. ProviderEndShipper address.name or address.company required

Can anyone tell me what needs to be entered in Acumatica to avoid this error and allow confirming the shipment?

The issue was with EasyPost.

I already had a problem like this because the address info for the warehouse I was shipping from was incomplete, including phone number.
