Acumatica Cases Initial response is not updating

Hi Acumatica Community,

I do have a concern. I was trying to create a dashboard for my Acumatica cases, and I want to get the total time of the initial response.

Upon checking, the Initial responses are not populating any time, unlike the resolution time it has hours and minutes. 

My question here is, how do the initial responses work in Acumatica Cases 23r2?

The Initial Response is the time from "Date Reported" to "Last Activity Date". Currently I find that "Initial Response" works fine.
