Solved

Good afternoon, We recently upgraded from 25R1 to 25R2, and upon trying to create the LLM connection through Anthropic for Claude, we are getting the following error when trying to test the connection:“The max_completion_tokens parameter has an invalid value. Specify the correct value for this parameter on the LLM Connection form.”  Has anyone else experienced this error and is there a solution to fix it there is no field on the LLM Connection form.  Our partner did ask Acumatica about it, but their response leaves a lot to desire and provides no solution.

Hi,I have a custom List screen with a grid and a LinkCommand that opens a document in another graph.I currently use:throw new PXRedirectRequiredException(graph, "Document"){ Mode = PXBaseRedirectException.WindowMode.Same};The document opens correctly, but the original List screen is replaced, so the user cannot easily navigate back.WindowMode.NewWindow opens the document in a new tab, which is also not what I want. What is the recommended Acumatica approach to open a document from a List/Grid screen while keeping the ability to navigate back to the original List screen? Thanks!

I am unable to export the Purchase Order Print Form. I logged in as the affected user and verified that the option is grayed out. I attempted to update the access rights, but the issue still persists.Could anyone please provide the steps required to enable the highlighted options shown in the second screenshot?

Hello Team,We are using the PXPricingAnalysis package, which includes a Pricing Analysis smart panel popup action. When the popup is opened in the Classic UI, the grid applies specific row and cell colors based on the data.Currently, this coloring is handled in the graph using the `Page_Load` event. The implementation creates CSS styles using `PXStyle` and applies them to the `PXGrid` rows/cells through `RowDataBound`.Could anyone please guide us on the recommended way to implement this same row-level and cell-level coloring in Modern UI for this smart panel/grid?I have included the relevant Classic UI implementation below for reference.https://github.com/Acumatica/Acumatica-PricingAnalysis Thank you!

Hello,I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a resolution for this issue:The following error appears when attempting to create a shipment for an order for which the Sched. Shipment date is greater than the current date. This would be considered a bug to us, as there is no reason you should be prevented from shipping an order earlier than requested. This is a required field that is pre-populated from the SO Requested On field, and results in an additional unnecessary and confusing step of manually altering the scheduled shipment date to the current day before creating the shipment. We are shipping non-stock items, back order allowed, allow negative quantity, but that should not matter.I know this was previously a known issue but we are using 2023 R1 where it was supposedly resolved years ago  TYVM!Kyle

Version 26.101.0225I’ve modified the Customers screen (AR303000) in Modern UI to add a detail grid to the Contact tab and to add some action buttons above the grids. In my development environment, everything looks as it should: When I publish this to the sandbox environment, two of the buttons are missing: Using F12 to view the source I can see that the missing PXActionState code is there. The button is simply not visible. How might I go about figuring out why it isn’t appearing?C# and TS code below: public PXAction<CRContact> ResetMagentoPassword;[PXButton(Category = "ECommerce")][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Reset Magento Password", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)]...public PXAction<CRContact> CreateMagentoCustomer; [PXButton(Category = "ECommerce")][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Create Magento Cust.", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)]...export interface ContactDetail_TPMagentoMods_generated e

Is there a way to “Close” inactive projects? When we updated there is now a “Close” option in projects after “Completing” a project. I’d like to close all of the projects we have complete that will allow me to “Close”. Is there a way I can mass close without going into each individual project?

Hello,I am trying to make the records on the Approvals screen scrollable on Modern UI, rather than going through pages using the Next button. The screen is scrollable in Classic UI by default, without any screen-level change. For this requirement, I added a TypeScript extension as below: import {    removeDecorator,    gridConfig,    GridPreset,    GridFilterBarVisibility,    GridNoteFilesShowMode,    GridPagerMode,} from "client-controls";import { EPApproval } from "src/screens/EP/EP503010/EP503010";export interface EPApproval_P24KEPApprovalsRecordsPerScreen_converted extends EPApproval {}@removeDecorator("gridConfig")@gridConfig({    preset: GridPreset.Processing,    showFilterBar: GridFilterBarVisibility.OnDemand,    allowUpdate: false,    showNoteFiles: GridNoteFilesShowMode.Suppress,    defaultAction: "EditDetail",    pagerMode: GridPagerMode.InfiniteScroll,    adjustPageSize: false,})export class EPApproval_P24KEPApprovalsRecordsPerScreen_converted {} But even after publishing the

When using Inter-Branch Accounting, the Due to/from entries don’t post until release. Then, the debits and credits are totalled for each branch pair and posted to the Balance Sheet. Is there any way to have the Due To/From for each individual line affected by the Inter-Branch Mapping?I’ve tried Detail/Summary posting on the COA with no success.

All of my Sales Orders in the Details tab show <SPLIT> in the Sched. Shipment Date and are empty when checking Line Details. The Sales Order has a Sched. Shipment date entered in the Shipping tab and the Purchase Order has Promised On date entered. I’m trying to understand why they are always showing <SPLIT> instead of the dates provided?

We have a situation where we agree to credit and refund a customer for a faulty item but we don’t ask for the item back. For reporting purposes we want to process this through sales orders rather than in AR as we want to track the stock items, quantities & values of these. Is there a way to process such a return that does not generate a stock receipt transaction ? Does anyone else have this kind of process to deal with and if so how do you handle it ?Many thanks !

Hi, I need to set up a fuel levy (fuel surcharge) per carton amount ($0.20) to auto apply on purchase orders to a specific supplier and then $0.30 to auto apply to customers when ordering products from this same supplier? How do I do this?

Once cross-sell suggestions have been generated and then approved on the Manage Cross-Sell Suggestion form, is there a way to un-approve this suggestion.  The related item can be deleted from the Stock Items Related Items tab, but would be helpful if there was a way to do this on a process screen instead of individually.

We are an Independent Special District of the State of Florida (Fire Department). We are members of the Florida Retirement System, which is a 401(a). We need to code the deduction for this retirement plan correctly. There is no option for a 401(a) in Acumatica currently. How do we add it? This is affecting an over 50 employee with his catchup contributions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely,Denise McCaughanA 401(a) is a retirement savings plan that an employer sponsors, and that allows for contributions from both the employer and the employee: Availability: Some public sector employers offer 401(a) plans. Contributions: 401(a) plans typically have employer contributions that are non-elective, meaning they are made regardless of whether the employee contributes. However, contributions can also be elective, or "match" contributions, where the employee must contribute first to receive the employer's contribution.  Taxation: Earnings in a 401(a) plan are tax-deferred, meanin

Recently updated to 2025R2 and using Modern UI, the column configuration is not saving, even when changed on the column configuration button (now gear) and saving it.  Any ideas on how to make the new configuration stick?

After upgrading to 2025R2, clicking Export>PDF from the check printing window no longer protects the MICR line. Previously, all characters were being replaced by “•••••••••••••••••••” but it now shows the MICR font. Is there a way to turn this feature back on?
