When trying to import Expense Receipts, I keep getting this error message but I’m not sure what is erroring. Looking at the import scenario, it looks like its pulling the information correctly but it doesn't like something about the claimdetails.

Any advice?

Yeah, we actually had 2 issues with it which I believe why it wasn’t give me a specific error message. But one issue was, that our description was too long. So we had to shorten it. After that we got a different error message which if I remember correctly had to do with an employee record that was inactive.

Sorry, its been a while since this error happened and we quickly moved on once it was fixed. I remember it being a very minor fix.

@ASkerrett Could you please share the XML file of your import scenario.

Hi @ASkerrett,

I’m not sure if you have been able to find a solution yet, but let me ask one thing: were you able to create the same expense receipt manually, without using the import scenario?

If so, could you please share the XML or a screenshot of your import scenario? That would help us understand how the data is being mapped and identify where the issue might be occurring.

Hope this helps.
