Is there a way to “Close” inactive projects? When we updated there is now a “Close” option in projects after “Completing” a project. I’d like to close all of the projects we have complete that will allow me to “Close”. Is there a way I can mass close without going into each individual project?

Can you try import scenario to achieve , below are steps
Step 1: Prepare your data
Go to your Projects list and filter it to show only the completed/inactive projects you want to close.
Export this list to Excel.
In your Excel file, ensure you have the Project ID column.
Add a new column called Status and fill every row with the word Closed (or whatever the exact text/value is for the Closed status in your system).
Save the Excel file.
Step 2: Create the Import Scenario
In Acumatica, navigate to the Import Scenarios (SM206025) screen.
Create a new scenario and select the Projects (PM301000) screen as the target.
In the mapping section, you only need to map two fields:
Project ID (set this as the Key field).
Status (map this to your new Status column in the Excel file).
Save the scenario.
Step 3: Run the Import
Navigate to the Import by Scenario (SM206036) screen.
Upload the Excel file you prepared in Step 1.
Select the Import Scenario you just created.
Click Prepare and then Import.

Yes. Rakshanda's import scenario is a solid route for a one-time cleanup. One tweak if the Status mapping doesn't stick: status on workflow-driven screens is changed by actions, so map the Close action itself instead (you'll find it in the Field or Action lookup under Actions).
If you've got rights to edit generic inquiries, you can also do this without leaving Acumatica: put a mass Close action right on the Projects list (PM3010PL). Open that list, pick Edit Generic Inquiry from the menu on the title bar, and on the Entry Point tab check Enable Mass Actions on Records. That adds a Mass Actions tab. Select Close there and save. Back on the list, filter Status to Completed, tick your projects, and run Close from the More menu. The action stays on the list for your next cleanup round.
Close still runs its normal check for unprocessed documents on each project, and Project Audit (PM406000) will show what's outstanding on any project that won't go through. Test on one or two before selecting the whole list. If you do close one by mistake, Activate reopens it, just know it comes back as Active rather than Completed.
