Hello, on an invoice when a description is added it appears when statements are sent out. Any way to make sure it doesn't appear?

How do I import the attachment with an import scenario?   The AP Document has an file attachment.  I am creating the AR Document based on the document lines in the AP Document. I can get the attachment file in an generic inquiry - On the APInvoice it is the NoteIdWith the import scenario I have the option to update the Note Text field but do not find the option to update the Files.

Good day, Avalara has the ability to calculate sales tax by entering the Latitude/Longitude manually.  My question is does the Acumatica - Avalara integration set up to pass this information from the Project Address tab.  Some of our projects have a state/city/ postal code but not actually address just a location on a pipeline.I have seen any documents or announcements.Thank you

We have customers with 60-day payment terms, but it typically takes them 5-7 days to process payments after they're initiated. This causes invoices to show as past due in our Aged AR reports even though the customer has already started the payment process. Is there an out-of-the-box way to add a "grace period" or "payment processing buffer" to the Aged AR aging calculations? Ideally, we'd like to add 5 days to the due date before an invoice shows as past due in our reports.I know we could adjust the payment terms from 60 to 65 days, but we want to keep the actual invoice due dates at 60 days and only adjust how aging is calculated for reporting purposes.Has anyone solved this issue?

Hello Acumatica Community members,Do you know if it is possible to see the time a transaction is posted without having to turn on audit activity? I’d like to see the time stamp on our generic inquiry in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Thank you,Kay Howe

Hello - We are creating a generic inquiry to be able to search for Freight values by vendor and/or property, and want to be able to have the system generate the Total Freight amount depending on the filters the user selects. We have experimented with adding the ‘Sum’ to the Aggregate Function column for the Data Field usrTotalFreight, but that does not seem to be generating anything. Am I missing a step? Attached is the GI for reference as well. Thank you!!

Hello All,I have been working on trying to disable the Lot/Serial Nbr. selector field on the grid section of the Inventory Receipts screen (IN301000) through code, but it’s not working as expected.I was able to successfully disable the unitCost field on the same grid, so I’m not sure what is preventing the Lot/Serial Nbr. selector field itself from being disabled/enabled. Here is the code I am using: public class INReceiptEntry_Ext : PXGraphExtension<INReceiptEntry>{    protected void _(Events.RowSelected<INTran> e, PXRowSelected baseHandler)    {        baseHandler?.Invoke(e.Cache, e.Args);        if (e.Row == null) return;        PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<INTran.lotSerialNbr>(e.Cache, e.Row, false);    }} If anyone could help me with this, it would be really helpful.@darylbowman @Naveen Boga

Hello all,We are having issues when creating a move transaction for a production order, even though all materials have been allocated to the production order, when we try to release the move transaction we get a backflush error : “Backflush material shortage was found for the item in the 1 line of the operation in the order.”.Error MessageTraceWe noticed that this happens when we allocate material, by clicking Line Details on Production Order Details and checking the allocated box, and the available quantity in that location is less than the material required. Allocate materialInventory summary says we don’t have any availableProduction order details says we do have quantity availableOur workaround is to not allocate the material , however, this causes problems with our inventory because it takes material from other locations and not the ones specified on the BOM.All of our items are manufactured on a various work centers, an item can only be manufactured on one work center. We created

Hi,Does anyone know if there are any Acumatica resellers in France, and is the Acumatica product compliant with French fiscal requirements ?Many thanks

I’m struggling with a problem.  Whenever our Internal Sales Order (repurposed the regular SO form) goes to a page 2, we lose Order No, Order Date and Customer ID value.I am running it with the parameters for a single invoice.  Thoughts?Page 1Page 2

We started looking at Dataself recently.  We have been doing a “roll your own” data warehouse for reporting with PowerBI, and it’s been painful.  The PowerBI side is great, but we’re working with our MSP who has some knowledge of ETL and data warehousing, but no knowledge of Acumatica dataWe have a Dataself demo later this week, but I’m curious about the communities thoughts.

Hi has anyone managed to get the PDF Annotator to work with the GI. As in when we open the AP Bill we can click on the View PDF and see the file attachments on the bill.I want to move this up a level to the Bills and Adjustments GI so that as you select a row you can view the PDF without opening the bill. I tried doing the followingI get this error.

I am attempting to create a generic inquiry to feed into a dashboard. We are wanting this GI to show the balance of our cash account as of @Today - the only thing we can get to show is the period end balance. I’ve attempted to recreate the transactions by period filters/parameters but have been unsuccessful. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

We run manufacturing operations at multiple warehouses. We use the same BOMs at all warehouses because the same materials are consumed. However, due to much higher manufacturing volume at our main facility, there are materials that are stocked at that warehouse, but are custom order at the lowest volume facility. Acumatica has the “Dflt. Mark For” checkbox on the stock item level which, when the “Purchase” option is selected for an item, then system will suggest a purchase order when that item appears on a production order. However, I don’t see this option on the Item Warehouse Detail level, which we really need for those items that are regularly stocked at some warehouses, but only ordered on an as-needed basis at other warehouses. Am I missing something, or is Acumatica missing this simple feature?

Hi,I’ve created a customization on the AP Bills screen, adding a custom field Project/Events (dropdown list). The customization is working perfectly on the AP Bills screen. However, when I try to display this field in the APTran GI result grid, it appears blank. For reference, I’ve attached the customization for your review. Please note that the client recently upgraded to MYOB Acumatica 2024.2 version.Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this, or could someone please assist with resolving this issue?

Our Distribution Center Operators keep reporting that certain Stock Items are being altered unexpectedly:The Default Issue From Location is being removed The Lot/Serial Class is being changed The UOM and Conversions are being modified etc. When I check the Audit History, it always shows “last modified by admin,” but no one is acknowledging making any changes. My questions:Is there a way to drill down deeper than “admin” in the audit history to see which user or process actually made the change? Could this be caused by an integration (SPS, import scenarios, etc.) or only by direct user edits? What tools, logs, or setting should I be looking at in Acumatica to track down the source of these modification?

Our Purchasing Department has put notes in each line of a test Purchase Order. When using CTRL+Alt the Inspect Element shows that the field is POLine.Transactions, but, in the Report Designer POLine.Transactions does not appear and there are not child alias’ by the same name. I have been through every Note field that the Report Designer has in the tables that come with PO641000 and none of them has the data that was put into the Note fields.

Hi All! I had a good question that came to me today and it would be nice if this is possible with Generic Inquiry advanced filters. Is it possible to change what fields get displayed on each of the tabs that’s created using advanced filters? For example, in the screenshot below, on All Records, I would like to see all the fields that are currently here. But on the Complete Orders tab, I would like to only display certain fields. I know there is Column Configurator, but it seems like the column configurator setting applies to the whole GI, not individual tabs.  Thanks!

I have a GI that outputs SOOrder information. In the GI settings I use two date fields to do SO Created Date is between two dates. If I enter 9/11 and 9/15, sales orders created from 9/11 through 9/14 are returned, when I would expect SO's from 9/11 to 9/15 to be returned. If I do the same filtering using the column header in the report, I enter 9/11 and 9/15, sales orders created from 9/11 through 9/15 are returned, as expected.I believe the 'between' in the GI is broken.

Hi Community,I’m working on a customization where I’d like to add the “Add Items” action button to the Details grid on the Sales Quotes screen (CR304500), similar to how it currently works on the Sales Orders screen (SO301000).The goal is for this button to open the Inventory Lookup dialog, allowing users to search for and add inventory items directly into the quote lines, just like in the Sales Orders screen. This functionality is already working as expected in Sales Orders, and I would like to replicate the same behavior in Sales Quotes to streamline the quoting process.Has anyone implemented this before or can provide guidance on: Which action or logic controls the Inventory Lookup in SO301000? How best to reuse or extend this functionality in CR304000? I went through This link of ideas section for same requirement but its already in status as Unlikely to implement SO i am findig a way to implement it via code.   I’ve added the popup panel, form, and grid for the inventory lookup d

Is there an existing connector or integration between AllianceHCM (https://alliancehcm.com/) and Acumatica Cloud ERP?

Question if we send the Latitude and Longitude to Avalara as we dont have the address (zip, state etc) to calculate Sales Text (feature added in 21R2) is it possible to get the address back from Avalara and populate to Acumatica along with the tax amounts

Hi Team,In the Employee Payroll Settings screen, there is a 'Tax Setting' tab that has a 'Name' field. This field does not exist in the database.I added a custom field and tried to store the value from the 'Name' field into my custom field, but I'm not getting the expected result.Could you please assist me with how to transfer the value from the non-existing field to the custom field?     public class PREmployeePayrollSettingsMaint_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.PR.PREmployeePayrollSettingsMaint>  {      #region Event Handlers      protected void _(Events.RowPersisting<PREmployeeAttribute> e)      {          if (e.Row == null) return;          var row = e.Row;          var rowExt = row.GetExtension<PREmployeeAttributeExt>();          // Copy Description field value to your custom field          e.Cache.SetValue<PREmployeeAttributeExt.usrName>(row, row.Description );      }      #endregion  }
