I was wondering if anyone has a work around for reconciling Balance Sheet accounts?  Our accountant likes us to reconcile all of our Balance Sheet accounts.  When we were using QuickBooks, this wasn’t an issue.  However, using Acumatica, this doesn’t seem possible.  Any suggestions?

We are trying to clean up old vendors from our list vendor but do not have a way to identify the VENDOR status without having to drill down and open each one which is rather inefficient and not as useful as “VENDOR” status.  This may be to do a user before my time messing with the generic inquiry schema or is that how everyone’s vendor report appears. We do have MASS EDIT option SELECTED and can INACITIVE the VENDOR(s) accounts all at the same time once we have the VENDOR STATUS column available in the GENERIC INQUIRY.Does anyone know our VENDOR GENERIC INQUIRY would have a column for CUSTOMER STATUS rather than VENDOR STATUS?  The Vendor status also does not appear in the list of fields that can be selected to be visible in the report edit options.  .

HelloWe’re having an issue with Canadian payroll and I’d like to know if anyone else has seen this, or if there is something we’re missing.We have a test employee who has maxed out on EI and CPP (tax reports confirm this), and when I process a subsequent regular pay run and compare the Federal Withholding Tax (FWT) and the Provincial Withholding Tax (PWT) to the Payroll Deductions Online Calculator, the amounts don’t line up. In Acumatica PWT is lower while FWT is higher. If I run the Online Calculator again and do not select the option for max EI and CPP having been reached, then the PWT matches what Acumatica calculates, but FWT is still out. In all standard pay runs I can get an exact match. We’re only seeing this now with maximums having been reached. I’ve gone through all setup and can’t see anything that seems like it would impact this.Appreciate any feedback anyone has on this! 

Hi all, I have my reverse and apply API working per this threadReverseInvoiceAndApplyToMemo via API | Community Issue is that when you try to Reverse an Invoice it defaults to the Fin Period it was created. Since that Period is closed it needs to be changed to the current Period.  I have tried adding "PostPeriod":{            "value": "122025"        }  or "FinPeriodID":{            "value": "122025"        }  to the payload but still Errors out    "PostPeriod": {        "value": "072025",        "error": "Error: The 07-2025 financial period is closed in the ABC company."    } Is this possible with the API?  How do I find the right field to pass? I can change the period in the UI and it works. Thank you all

If a user does not have any previous Time Clock entries created in the browser, the mobile app does not have an option to + Add a new entry.I’ve seen demos in YouTube that show a + button to start new entries.We checked settings and user rights.The user can create new clock entries in the browser, but not in the app.Any suggestions? Does anyone have a working Import Scenario to create a service order from a sales order? When the ‘Create Service Order’ action is executed through the UI, it redirects to the Service Order screen and the user has to press the Save button.  An import scenario that starts on the Service Order screen can populate the dialog box options but cannot press save. Another approach it to create a Service Order starting on the Service Order screen, but in this case there doesn’t seem to be any option in the User Interface to identify the source of the service order, which needs to be linked back to the Sales Order.  Even on a new Service Order, these fields are not editable.  The only way that I can find to create the linkage is using the ‘Create Service Order’ action from the Sales Order.I have reviewed several threads including this one.  While this seems to be on topic and is marked as Solved, I have not found a working solution.  If someone has been able to get this working, I would be grate

Is there a way to link manually create debit adjustments to the associated PO without using PO receipt feature?For example when reversing a bill it automatically links the PO and you can see this adjustment on the PO history tab on the PO. However when creating manually it seems to just link to the Bill directly and therefore when on the PO you may miss that there has been an adjustment made to the Bill.

When a user enters a sales order and selects some stock items, the Marked of PO check is defaulted to check.  The scenario did not occur for all items; not verified. I tested a few; see below.  It this setting?  Or something I can turn off.  I causes order processing confusion and errors; also you can create a shipment without unchecking the box.  (We do Dropships and Direct Import orders that do require a purchase order to be generated.Thank you for your assistance.

Hello!When the system was locked to take a snapshot, the automation schedules were changed to an Inactive status. This was identified only after a few days, and the schedules had to be manually reactivated.Could you please advise if there is a best practice for handling this situation, or if there is a way to automatically reactivate the automation schedules after the system is unlocked?Additionally, please let us know if there are any other areas affected by locking the system, such as Device Hub, or any other integrations or background processes we should be aware of.Thank You

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with automatic tax calculation in Sales Orders (SO301000).The scenario: When I create a new Sales Order and select or change a Customer, the Tax Zone is correctly pulled from the Customer profile (Shipping tab) and updated on the Financial tab of the Order. However, the Taxes tab remains empty. 

Hello Experts, i am getting stuck in one of the generic inquiry where total qty is in decimal places so i need to round the decimal value to rounded value. Attached the decimal value . 

I am trying to pull the email in the tab below but i cannot get the correct result. I was able to pull the email from the general tab but not on the purchasing tab using Generic Inquiry. Any idea?

The action dates for the purchase items shown in the inventory planning display do not match, even though all the purchase items within the box are used to manufacture the same item for the same sales order. Additionally, no lead time is specified for these purchase items, and there is no available quantity in the warehouse. 

Let's say I have three different companies: A, B, and C.I have also enabled "Customer and Vendor Visibility Restriction".Company A has customers A1, A2, A3...Company B has customers B1, B2, B3...Company C has customers C1, C2, C3...I have an external processing center that adds customer payment methods to these customers, regardless of which company they belong to, processing them uniformly.Then, I use an Automaton Schedule to synchronize this processed data.My problem is, using my administrator role (which has access to A, B, and C), no matter which company (A, B, or C) I create the job in to synchronize customer payment methods, there are always issues. For example, if I create the Automaton Schedule in company A, it cannot synchronize B1, B2..., C1, C2..., because the Import by Scenario function throws an error, stating that B1, B2... cannot be found in the system.Is there a way to circumvent this problem? Greetings all,Very curious to know if someone has accomplished this (ideally using out of the box platform tools).  The mission is to launch a custom URL to an external site from within Acumatica. Two valid options:Workflow button with custom action that launches the URL when the operator clicks the button UDF with an embedded hyperlink that operator can click.This functionality would need to live on the Sales Order screen. Microsoft is moving into the second phase of deprecating the Classic version of Outlook in April of 2026. The cutover date is still unknown but coming down the road. Please refer to this article: when will classic outlook end - Microsoft Q&ADoes Acumatica have this on its roadmap to update the Outlook Add-in to also work with the new version of Outlook? It currently does not! 

Hi All. Do you know why I get this error when linking the BOM in Production Order. The Production order was created from SO if that helps, but there were also 2 items in SO that was marked for Production and linking the BOM is fine without error. Can you please help?
