The action dates for the purchase items shown in the inventory planning display do not match, even though all the purchase items within the box are used to manufacture the same item for the same sales order. Additionally, no lead time is specified for these purchase items, and there is no available quantity in the warehouse.

are the purchased items components of the manufactured item sold on the sales order?

is “use order start date for MRP” checked or unchecked on your Production Preference / Production Order?

NO, the component items are not sold in the sales order.

” use order start date for MRP” is checked in production preference

I would recommend you reach out to Acumatica support.  This may be a known issue.

Possibly AC-343636 - Issue Description:

On the Inventory Planning Display (AM400000) form, when a record with the Manufacturing source was generated, the system incorrectly assigned it the action date from the previously processed record with the same source. This resulted in incorrect inventory planning recommendations, potentially causing users to have production orders created either later or earlier than required.

System calculates lead time for each operation in the BOM of a finished good and adjusts the purchase action time of component items based on the operation start time to minimize inventory carrying costs. This could be the reason for the difference in action dates.
