Unable to add a new Manufacturing Labor Clock Entry in the mobile app (24.111 build)

If a user does not have any previous Time Clock entries created in the browser, the mobile app does not have an option to + Add a new entry.

I’ve seen demos in YouTube that show a + button to start new entries.

We checked settings and user rights.

The user can create new clock entries in the browser, but not in the app.

Any suggestions? Thanks

@gpineda64 - you shouldn’t have to create a clock entry first in the web app. Please log a support case to investigate this further.

I am seeing this same issue with 2024R2.   Did support provide a resolution to this issue

Case status is “Development In Progress” as of 1/24/25. No other updates have been provided yet.

AC-318981 is this the known issue # and if so, any fixes for 24R2?

How is that the best answer, creating a ticket with support is the last answer :) 

The issue we have come across the + sign works in 2025 R2 with the demo data instance, however in 2024 R2 it doesn’t show the +, the real question support can also answer here does the 24R2 support adding clock entries from mobile app? The shop floor users don’t have access to web ERP and they want to pick the Production order and want to clock in, if its clocked in then that record shows up and they can clock out, but they can’t do second step if they can’t do first step to clock in …. 

Any insights from support /product teams??
