Does anyone have a reference for hierarchy of GL/SUB accounts being defaulted?  We have struggled to fully understand how Acumatica defaults the GL/SUB accounts when inventory items are added to a sales order. Does anyone have a document they can reference or point me to a help topic on the portal or Acumatica that would cover this topic?

Looking for help from GI experts! It is very difficult to distinguish between open service orders that have appointments scheduled for the future and open service orders that have appointments that have past or no appointments at all. (In this case, appointment needed = false). I’m creating a custom GI called “Appointments on Open Service Orders” that shows me if there are future appointments for a service order or not. This appears to work--I can identify if there are no future appointments, therefore triggering review.The only issue is it doesn’t show me open service orders that have no appointment at all. Generally, if the service order is open, no appointments are created and appt needed = false, it’s because there is nothing in the Details tab (to trigger appt needed). I can’t figure out how to create a way to catch this (because there are no appointments and no details, so what do you use for GI?).So, I have two questions: Does anybody know how to “catch” open service orders with

A specific user has full rights to go to a specific dashboard without issue, but when setting the dashboard (or a different dashboard) as user Home Page, upon login it just goes to generic Welcome to Acumatica page. The user has full Granted rights to these dashboards and can see the dashboards just fine when choosing them from the menus.

Hello,I have a graph with a grid filled with some entries.Dataember is the same as the PrimaryView of the DataSource. SkinId is set to Primary.It shows a trash bin with tooltip ‘Delete (ctrl + delete)’. Pressing this button displays a confirmation ‘The current entry … will be deleted.” Instead it deletes all entries so that the grid becomes empty. What’s wrong here?

Hello，    I always get Acumatica installation package from http://acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/From version 2018 to the latest 2020R2 version， every version is having a same minor issue which happened on “Statement cycle” screen. (I am just wondering nobody else report this issue before? It exists in every package.)The issue is caused  by the incorrect code writing in AR202800.aspx, like below:  The right writing should be <px:PXLabel ID="Dash1" runat="server">?</px:PXLabel>             Yes, I can fix this issue quickly by myself, however, if every time after any upgrading I have to fix it again and again,  I feel frustrated.           Sorry to ask, is this issue be left on purpose?  Because if this issue exists, any new user would be blocked at the time of initialization a new company, without statement cycle definitions nobody can proceed. Hello,      Firstly, my apology for not figuring things clearly and post a wrong question below:     However, this issue turns to something I did not quite understand.     You see, we Do customizations, but it shows no record on page “AR202800”              Then why everytime after upgrading, I have to manually correct the AR202800.aspx file?Where is the incorrect infomation being kept, and How can I correct them permanently?

Using 2020 R2 and we don’t have the data collection feature.  We’d like to add the Inventory Transfers screen to the mobile app.  I want to make sure I’m not missing anything - do I have to create a customization to present that screen on the app?

Hello，     For the SO643000.rpx, we are using Acumatica original logic to display the Date and Due date as below:         It shows properly when print the invoice on the screen directly.          However, when we are using “Notification template” to attach this report and email it to customers.      It shows 2 and 3 instead of Feb and Mar,      Which we does not understand.    because the rpx is exactly the same one      Can somebody help me?

Hello everyone, Is it possible to print items with zero quantities on a pick list? I am trying to get some non-stock items that have a distinct item description that act as line comments for the sales order. For example, I will have 10 lines of stock items with quantities and then 2 lines of non-stock items that act as description placeholders for the order itself, however they are at an order quantity of zero.  I have tried to play around with the visibleexpr and simple iif statements to no avail. If anyone can point me in the right direction on this one that would be great.

Will there be a module or tab somewhere to enter meeting minutes on Owner/Sub/Pre-Construction meetings?  Right now having to type the minutes outside of the system.It would be nice to have the module in typeable format and not having to use attributes.  Similar to the RFI setup.

I’m still new to Acumatica and am making headway with getting our data the way we need it. When we did our initial setup, our bin locations did not get imported as the In & Out default location for items. Because of this, we have to do a lot of manual entry of stock locations. I have run an import scenario to update this information but it’s not updating. Does anyone have a setup they can share with me so I can see what I’m doing wrong. The Source field / Values below are from an already setup import. I modified and used columns in Excel that already existed.

Hello,      I’ve read the postBut I am still wondering, Is anyone else experiencing this same kind of feeling?     After our upgrade from 2020r1 to 2020r2 (Build 20.203.0028), users are saying the system is obviously run slower than before.    Like placing SO lines, it would take more time to get the inventory id filled in.      Like saving a document, it would take more time to complete.     Which means they feel OK before, and feel bad after. The hardware and users did not change. I don’t know. Is it an illusion? Or is it really due to some new features bring in by 2020r2 that would cost more system resources?       Can someone give me some guidance to make system run faster, like turn off any unessential features?

I am seeking any feedback from those who have successfully or unsuccessfully used the ShipEngine shipping solution for Acumatica.We have tried the ShipStation integration and found its functionality limited (especially with international orders) and found their support lacking.We are now considering the ShipEngine solution.If you have used it, I am very interested in hearing how it is working for you and how it compares to other shipping solutions you have tried.
