I’m looking at Endpoint version 20.200.001 and specifically the Customer endpoint. The settings indicated that this endpoint is connected to screen AR303000. Under Customer is a field defined as:BillingContactOverride, Financial → Financial Settings, OverrideBillContactBut that field isn’t on that tab. OverrideBillContact is Billing → Bill-to Address → Override, OverrideClicking Validate Entity returns a message that says it validated.Am I missing something on understanding the field mapping or is the mapping incorrect?

We are rolling our the contract management module and noticed there really aren’t any reports or inquiries out there. Has anyone developed reports/inquiries for contracts they’d be willing to share?Thanks!

Hi!Let’s picture a scenario where a Retail Company sells shoes through 45 stores and They have the next environment in each store:POS software with an interface to Dynamics GP POS software update GP in real time, it means, when a sell is being made in a store, the POS use the GL accounts defined on the item to post in GP the invoice process (inventory, ar invoice accounts) and in the same transaction, the payment is registered too (Post in GP the Payment accounts such as sales account, bank account, etc).With that said, let’s say that in december they process 200k transactions. The 200k transactions are related to the POS process described above.My question is, 200k transactions are considered ERP transactions instead or Commercial Transactions?Thanks!

Hello,       The “add stock item” function is great on SO entry screen. Especially the “Sold since” feature.However, sometimes, the sold lines are wrong sell, or it is a alternative sell.likewe should sold item A to customer, while we wrong put item B on previous invoice.Customer normally would like to order item C, but item C is out of stock at that time, so we give him item D instead.       our need is to filter out the item B(wrong sell/human mistake) and Item D (alternative item) after selecting “sold since”      Can somebody give me some bright ideas?

Hello,I need a configure screen that contains also password and store them to DB.I set the TextMode to “Password” to hide it.    <px:PXTextEdit ID="edPassword" runat="server" DataField="Password" TextMode="Password" /> But the web browser (Chrome and Firefox) fills-in the login password into this field.Is there a possibility to prevent that in code? Thanks,Michael

We processed two check against two AP bills.  The checks show on the check register but not on the payment register.  The two AP bills remain Open as the status.  How do we connect the bill to the check after the check printed without having to void and issue a new check? 

Is there a way to set the accrual account based on PO type? i.e. We want the accrual account to be 2210 on a normal PO, but we want the accrual account to be 1250 on a drop ship PO.The accrual account is defined on the item level - so it seems that we would need a Drop Ship SKU as well as a normal SKU to do this out of the box -  which doesn't take the manual entry element out of the equation due to needing to pick the correct SKU.

Body] and change the option convert HTML into text and the option can splits to true, it doesn't move to the second page so it always removes some lines and I want to know if report designer has a limit on how many lines can print from InventoryItem. For example, warn the users that there are open purchase orders when you change the status to No Purchases.  Procedurely, users should use the Inventory Summary or Allocation Details before changing the status but a warning would be a good idea.

Hi, I am new to acumatica and I am trying to do some customizationI have created a new payment method and would want to have create a function related to it. eg, on selecting the said payment method, a TextEdit to appear for input of a variable, a given action button to be enabled. On the Button Click, I want to query a table and return true or false. Does anyone have a reference for hierarchy of GL/SUB accounts being defaulted?  We have struggled to fully understand how Acumatica defaults the GL/SUB accounts when inventory items are added to a sales order. Does anyone have a document they can reference or point me to a help topic on the portal or Acumatica that would cover this topic?

Looking for help from GI experts! It is very difficult to distinguish between open service orders that have appointments scheduled for the future and open service orders that have appointments that have past or no appointments at all. (In this case, appointment needed = false). I’m creating a custom GI called “Appointments on Open Service Orders” that shows me if there are future appointments for a service order or not. This appears to work--I can identify if there are no future appointments, therefore triggering review.The only issue is it doesn’t show me open service orders that have no appointment at all. Generally, if the service order is open, no appointments are created and appt needed = false, it’s because there is nothing in the Details tab (to trigger appt needed). I can’t figure out how to create a way to catch this (because there are no appointments and no details, so what do you use for GI?).So, I have two questions: Does anybody know how to “catch” open service orders with
