Customization projects - management and consolidation

We have many customizations. These span over several areas Reports, UI, Import/Exports etc. 

I would like to break out the packages in our dev/sandbox by area ie “REPORTS” however when I deploy this to production I would like this all to fall under one project “CUSTOMIZATIONS”. What are the suggested ways of managing projects etc?

In the customization projects screen you can try to click “View Published” button.

It will generate XML file that includes all customizations of the site and you can download it as a zip file.

Import the downloaded zip file into some local instance of Acumatica, copy dlls to BIN folder and add them to Files section. Then try to publish.

 

I have not tried it myself and it may work.
