Hi,I’m trying to figure out how to update a field using another field. In the Integration manual there is an example, using a fixed piece of text to do this, but I need to be more dynamic. My example is taking the Transaction Description in Import Bank Transactions and updating that into Ext. Ref. Nbr. Below is what I have so far, but it won’t do anything, so I know I’ve got the syntax incorrect. Has anyone done this in the past?  

Is there a way to get Non-Stock Kits to be accepted for Landed Costs?The system allows for you to Purchase Receipt Non-Stock Items, however it won’t let you add the Receipt lines to the Landed Cost document. Our client both buys and transfers Non-Stock Kits. This is for ease of use for Transfers and a necessity for the Purchasing as they split everything when it comes in just in case.

I created a UDF for the Journal Transactions screen.  It is a selector that pulls from a custom table.  The ID of the value from the custom table is supposed to be stored in the UDF.When you create a new JE, the lookup works great!After selecting:So far so good.  The problem is that when the RowSelected fires, the value is cleared from the field. There is one record in the custom table with an ID of 1.  If I edit the Batch table and put a 1 in the UDF, and then go to that JE, the screen shows a “1”.  It should show “TEST1 - Test 1” which would be what would show if you actually selected something.  When creating a new JE, I selected the TEST1 from the selector.  When I go to add a line item to the grid, the RowSelected handler fires.  I put a little code in the handler to see if there is a value in that field:In the RowSelected event for the batch, the itemExt.UsrProjectID is null.The only thing I have to work from is the Acumatica Training code and there isn’t an example of adding a U

Hello everyone,So I’ve developed a customization that utilized popup dialogs using the View.Ask() method. It works great on a web browser, however when it’s triggered on mobile it displays the pop up as an error. Does anyone know how to properly display pop up dialogs on mobile?Thanks!

Hi!Does anybody knows if it’s possible to restrict visibility in the Aging Report to specific users that manage a group of customers? For example, the group A of salespersons manage 5 customers only and they only need to view the aging for their specific Customers.I tried first to use Restriction Groups for Customers entities but when the same user runs the Aginig report, the customers that not belong to their restriction group, are displayed anyway.ThankS!!

Hi,I was wondering if there is a way to add the Stock Items Screen, IN202500, as a Side Panel to the Sales Order Screen, SO301000, so that Items can be more easily added.  Via a customization Package, I know I can add the Primary List, IN2025PL, as Side Panel to the Order Entry Screen but then the Plus sign needs to be clicked to add items.When I try to use the IN202500, the side panel opens but I have to click the Plus sign since the Inventory ID is greyed out & I get the message about changes being lost & Items cannot be entered There is no switch to entry mode.   Thanks!

In case of Database persistence errors I get the error message ‘Access to Message Queuing system is denied.‘But it not an issue of the Message Queueing system. I can access the databas and store data in general. In fact it is an issue with some concrete data that cannot be stored. E.g. property of an entity is wrong or missing.I get this every time when saving to the database fails. For example creating a Shipment from a Sales Order:Is there a chance to get a meaningful error message?

When you enter a sales order with SO or IN order type, click save, then on the payments tab click on create payment and enter the info, everything works correctly.  If you enter a sales order for a future date and try to create a payment, we get the following error     “Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Order Nbr. value AR008512        AR Error: The order cannot be applied, the specified combination of the order type and order number cannot be found in the system.”  This also occurs on our 2020R2 demo version.  Any ideas?

I have a question on whether on the Sales Order Form, if there is a possibility when entering a value in a custom field in the summary area, when we enter a value to that, it triggers appearance of some selected columns in the table (line level).

I have a problem with my customization project.I added a SplitContainer manually to the aspx file since it is not avaible as control in the Screen Editor. It worked fine until I dared to remove Panel1MinSize of the SplitContainer in the Screen Editor. From then on Preview Changes always failes with this error message.“Cannot create an object of type 'System.Int32' from its string representation '' for the 'Panel1MinSize' property.”Setting this property again with an integer value does not help. Even after removing the splitter this error message prevents to preview the screen. The only way to get rid of it is to remove the hole screen and add it again with different ID.

Is there a way to rotate text on a report in Report Designer?I print information on a label and have a 3/4” section of the label that runs vertical.Is there a way to rotate this information?  

In the mobile app | Attribute Code | Text field typeHow can a user see all the information that is entered in a text attribute code?  It cuts off the information entered in the field.  We can’t figure out how the user can see the entire text that was entered.Currently tested in attribute codes entered in Cases. 

Our current process requires us to print one label at a time. For example Purchase order 1-10 have individual orders and our warehouse staff to print one at a time. Is there a way they can set a range and print them all?

We have a lot of back office staff and our AP clerk accidentally deleted a line on a service order that has a P.O. attached to it.  Now we have no way of getting correct costs to the service order that will reference the any accounting data in the system.  we need to add the line back so we can have the backup of the P.O. and then the trail to the AP invoice so it shows on the service order as the customer requires all backup and the AR clerk can invoice the service order for the correct amount.  We are running 2019R1.In a side note, the rest of the system should talk to the service management for proper cost accounting.

We are trying to understand the relation between the BILLABLE checkbox and the FREE checkbox in the field service module. There doesn't seem to be much content on this through help.  We have noticed a few issues and not sure if this is a bug or our limited understanding of the workflow. Example, we need to return to a customer site to perform a warranty service call:On Appointment or Service order if the BILLABLE box on any line is UNCHECKED (meaning we don’t want to invoice the customer for the line) the billing will not go through and will hang up in the RUN SERVICE ORDER/APPOINTMENT BILLING process screen indefinitely. (This might be a bug). However, if you go back and CHECK the BILLABLE item and ALSO check FREE, the system will generate a $0 SO invoice and will disappear from the process screen.  This creates a second problem; THEN, because there is no way to mark a SO invoice as DO NOT EMAIL (like you can an AR invoice), the $0 SO invoice will sit in a PENDING EMAIL or PENDING PRI

I have a DAC MySOInfo defined as Child of SOOrder and another DAC MySODetail as Child of MySOInfo.If a SOOrder is deleted in Screen SO301000, I would expect that the linked MySOInfo entries are deleted and MySODetail entries, too. Hi All,We have configured several custom fields in Customization project for our Business Account in Acumatica. We have also used Push Notification using a Generic Inquiry to send us notifications when any field is updated in Business Account. The Generic Inquiry has the custom fields added as well. So when we get a push notification about changes to Business Account, we see the custom fields in the Inserted and Deleted blocks. We have been using this setup for over a month.Everything was working as expected until we stopped seeing the custom fields from Business Account in Push notifications. We checked the following things to make sure our setup was right: Customizations are published  Generic inquiry had custom fields in result grid  View Inquiry of the Generic inquiry had customer fields  Push notification was subscribed to the correct Generic InquiryAfter 2 days, the custom fields started appearing in Push notifications again without us having to do anything. I am trying to build a GI with the invoice info and the activities that belong to it.  I was trying to link table ARInvoice with CRActivity.  Has anyone linked these two table up before or know if i am targeting the wrong activity table ?  Thank you .

So we are about to try and use an attribute on our Production Orders for the first time. I have associated an attribute with a production order type that we use for all of our production orders. It is a checkbox.  I now need to show a textbox on the production order ticket when this checkbox is checked, however, when I go to find the attribute in the schema builder, it’s not there. Normally when the attributes don’t show up, I’d just hit “Refresh All” to reload the fields and it would show up, but that’s not working for this case.  We just upgraded to 21.106.0024 from 2019R2 and I have no way of telling if the upgrade is the root of my issue, as we just started using attributes on production orders this week.
