In our welding bays there are 2 computers across 10 welders. As they enter move transactions,  is there a way to know which user enters move transaction without them logging in and out each times?  Curious to know how others have setup shop floor users, seems difficult to get data for individual performance. 

According to the Web Service Endpoints page, making an api call to Customer?%24top=100&%24skip=0&%24expand=MainContactShould return the Address data. However, the response does not contain the Address data. It contains all of the other data listed on the Web Service Endpoints page except that. I can see the customer addressed in the UI, but they aren’t coming through in the response. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there another solution to retrieving a list of customer addresses?Thanks! 

There should be no Seasonality set up in Acumatica since none of the business is seasonal. However, when trying to set up the Replenishment Parameters on the Stock Items form IN202500, Seasonality is a required field. Is there a way to set up seasonality, in such a way that the business is not defaulted to being ‘seasonal.’ Thank you!

Hello Goodnight. I have the following problem. I have a “table A” with the columns: Vendor_1, Vendor_2, Vendor_3 and Vendor_4. I need to display these columns in a selector as if they were rows.In sql I solved the problem using "union all" but when I am investigating I see that acumatica does not have (or at least I have not found examples) this option. Aditional: I have work in a customization project.Can you help me please. We set up two Availability Calculations - one which included Qty on Production Supply (WithRO) and one which excluded Qty on Production Supply (WithoutRO). An Item Class was assigned "WithoutRO" and after a few months it was determined that "WithRO" would be better for this Item Class. The Item Class was updated to the new Availability Calculation. The "Available" quantity on the Inventory Summary doesn't update initially, however the Available Quantity on the Allocation Details is updated based on the new availability rule. Is there a delay in this update and if so how do I know how long before the change is implemented in all places?

We are going to upload master data to the Sandbox and we need to maintain restore points before uploading the data.Ex. We have done Payable preference configuration and need to upload around 1000 suppliers to the system. Before doing this, we need to create a restore point. I started using user defined fields instead of creating data fields in my customization project.  I created about 20 fields and added them to the Contacts form.  I don’t want to see them on the UDF tab that gets automatically generated, so I made them all Hidden.  Then, I went into my customization and added them to a new tab I created.  Everything works so far.  I also recently started working on creating Business Events.  I want to be able to check for value changes in one of my UDFs.  But I don’t see the fields on the Trigger Conditions options.  Is there something I need to do so I can use those fields in my trigger logic?

Hello Community,  I’m trying to create a Generic Inquiry which would closely mirror CA303000 - Cash Account Details.  One thing I noticed is that PX.Objects.CA.CATran.OrigRefNbr is not typically a navigable field (you cannot just click it and it would bring you to the transaction).  I suspect this is because there are multipe modules which have their own unique Reference number (AP Check, AR check, etc etc). Does anyone know how to replicate the one-click navigation using a combination of Transaction type and Reference Number? Thank you,Kirill

During our last two updates (2021R1 v.106 & 2021R1 v.107) All of our customizations to our reports have been reset to the default Acumatica formats.  What can we do to prevent this from happening as a best practice?

It would be very useful to have a single tab within the Project that pulled in key metrics that every project manager needs to be aware. All of this information exists in Acumatica- but not in one place where a PM can get an overview. On this tab I would want the following metrics:Current Contract Value, Budgeted Cost, Projected Cost at Completion, Gross Margin Budget, Gross Margin Projected, Billed to Date, Open AR, Cost to Date, Open AP, Overbilled/Underbilled status, Committed Costs, Earned Revenue, Earned Margin
