Project Billing Issue: PM Warning: Invoice was not created during the billing. Nothing to bill.

I am getting a Project Billing Issue:

"PM Warning: Invoice was not created during the billing. Nothing to bill."

This is happening for all projects when I try to run the Project Billing.

This has worked perfectly in the past, and I haven't changed anything to the projects...

Anyone know why this is occurring?

Hi @dan_00

This may require an elaborate review of your project configuration and you may need to get help from Acumatica support team. The date of billing is one thing you can check to see if there are projects to be billed based on  billing period selected on project profile. Also, if there are transactions generated prior to the Invoice date you choose on ‘Run Project Billing’ screen.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Thanks for your help @vkumar

I went into some of the settings in the Billing Rules following your feedback and found a field that was set incorrectly there. So all fixed now!

Hello - I wonder if you could share the Billing Rules setting that caused this. I see the error message on all our Project Billing runs.

Thanks!
