In payments and adjustment form the following error was occurred. The error was cash account not empty.

what i have to do to solve the problem

Hi @madhu  You can add accounts to this CASH payment method in the Payment Methods screen.

 

Make sure Use in AR checkbox should selected then only Cash Accounts will loaded in the Payments and Applications screen

@madhu Just FYI, You can select the AR Default checkbox so that, when you select this CASH payment method Cash Account will loaded automatically.
