Dear All,

Can you show me how to enable this field?

I’d check under Enable/Disable Features, screen CS100000:

I’m guessing it was active, but then turned off for some reason.  
 

 

I’d also confirm the item has a lot/serial class, but pretty sure in that case you wouldn’t even be able to enter a number.  

Any new or updated customizations recently?
