Does anyone have any experience with separating a branch of your company into a separate company or separate tenant in Acumatica?  We have entered into a membership agreement with another entity and need our Foundation (currently a branch of our company in Acumatica) to be completely separate with its own set of customizable financial statements.  Just wondering if we should make our foundation a new company under the same tenant or create a completely new tenant in Acumatica???

If I want to add new DB fields on this screen, which table they will be added I know its ScanHeader DACExtension but I am not able to find the respective table. I need to add details like on which day this shipment was scanned it was scanned by whom and data like that. 

A store credit is given to a customer manually in Big Commerce.  The customer can apply store credits to their order.  What type of payment method should be used in Acumatica for the processing and accounting?  You would think this is really a discount because you never did a transaction in Acumatica for this.  Even if you created a credit memo on account in Acumatica, this is no way to create a store credit in Big Commerce.

Has anyone else encountered issues with Shopify real time sync after updating to the latest build of Acumatica 2022R1?  We are now getting an error “The push notification definition is not found in the system.” when we try to stop and restart the real-time sync. 

We have a customer that delivers product from their own truck.  They need to print an invoice from the truck once delivery is complete.  Is there a way to print from Acumatica, on a tablet to a blue toothed printer?

Hello.So my DB has significantly increased in size. I suspect the culprit are orphaned snapshots. I had the warning signed in System → Tenants, that there were at least 2 orphaned snapshots but when I clicked on optimize database to remove does orphaned snapshots I got an error almost immediately and then the warning sign disappeared. Is there a way I can manually check in the SQL database to see if there are any orphaned snapshots and to delete all those records from the database? Also when I check the database size in the Acumatica Interface by going to System - Tenants - View Space Usage, it shows the database size is 110GB in total - but SQL Management Studio shows the Database Size is almost 300GB and when I do a manual backup thats about the size of the .bak file...  Any pointers as what I can do to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. 

I have a situation where I need to have add a second AP bill to a Landed Cost Entry. After I create first AP bill, the landed cost is no longer available to be used.  I tried a partial amount.  I cannot change the qty.?

Dear ALL,I created Generic Inquiry using “InventoryTranHistEnqFilter” table. But when I pressed “VIEW INQUIRY” to see the result it gave error “Invalid object name 'InventoryTranHistEnqFilter'”.Please explain the cause of the error and help how to fix it !Many thanks !NNT 

Hi, We are going to have clients log into to Acumatica. But they will need to view only their customer account in Receivables and their relevant stock and non- stock items related to the item class. Here are the screenshots for my Restriction Group Setup for Inventory Item by Item Class. Note there is only ONE company not multiple companies. Here is the user that will only have access to the TXC item class.   Here is the setup to restrict access to the item class. Note nothing was done in Inventory Items since they are grouped under the Item Classes.   When I log in as that user all of the inventory amounts still show. What am I doing wrong any help would be appreciated: 

Hi all, Can you help me about the Tally of records in Inventory Summary to Purchase Receipts because when I create a Purchase Order then Purchase Receipts the quantity is correct but when I go to Inventory Summary the total of Purchase Receipts is double (Please see the screenshot below) This is the total of Purchase Receipts (On-hand, Available, and Shipping are 100) But in the Inventory Summary is double the digit of quantity that I received in Purchase Receipts  and in the Inventory Balance are the same reports   Please help me to fix this bugs.

Hi,  I’ve found some instances where a user deleted an item of a SO while not canceling the drop-ship PO. This could be very common when dealing with high volume ecommerce shipments. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Workflow should be Cancel PO > Remove Item from SO

Is there a way to have the Tax Category on a Revenue Task be defaulted without needed to manually select one? If someone forgets to add a tax category, that task when billed will not charge taxes to the customer and this could create tax reporting problems if not caught.
