Are there any heavy highway contractors here that are willing to share their standard cost codes? I’m working with a client who uses unique cost codes for each project and would love to show them an example of a standardized structure specific to their industry.

Hello,
This would depend on the type of project, but most federal projects may be mandated to use a standard structure as approved by the DOT. I have attached a document that may help, otherwise users may just have their own internal structure.
