Hi,i would like to check in below scenario, what is the best way to record the transaction. The original purchase cost for product A is $100, we purchased 50 pieces, did purchase receipt and posted vendor bill. and we sold 40 pieces by end of the month. On the last day of the month, vendor will review our sales and give us a rebate for Product A, lets say is $20 per piece for all 50 pieces. so our cost for product A become $80. The problem is we already posted the purchase receipt and the cost of $100 is used as COGS, our sales person commmission is calculated by profit, so is there a way to adjust the vendor bill and re-calculate the profit for sales transactions already posted. Thank you

Hello,We want to print a shipping label when we ship.There is a “print label” button on the more menu of the shipment screen.It is grayed out.I enabled “shipping carrier integration” feature even though I won’t really be using it in an attempt to enable the button.How do I enable that button so I can print a label that I design?I understand that I need device up installed.  I have not yet done that.  Is that possibly why the print label button is grayed out?Thanks! 

I need to report some data to a supplier via ASCII files. those files have header record, details and end record. How can I achieve this with Data Providers. I tried to load the fields from the file but it only reads the first record which have a different layout than the details record and the end record. Maybe it is better to do this with the Report Designer?Please advise. Jesus. 

Hello-I have created a custom table and have then created a view under ProjectEntry ext graph. However, when I try to run a script to update the values- it will not, for the life of me, update the values- I’m perplexed- I’ve never had issues with base detail tables on the ProjectEntry graph.. but now that I have a custom table it is really not liking it. See below for view that I created and then the action that I call to update the value in the cache based on a static value (just for testing). Hello,We have a new Foreman attribute that should allow the user to Select from the Employee List when adding new projects. We set up the attribute as follows:When we try to add Foreman to Project Attributes screen, it’s not in the list. Why? What  have I missed?  The attribute appears to be active and is not used elsewhere. Thank you! 

Can an item on a Sales Order that does not have Replenishment parameters be added to a PO in the Create Purchase Order process without item being Mark for PO?

Trying to add lot serial cost data into a GI, and would like to use the following table (believe it is called a projection table) - INLotSerialCostStatus.Can’t seem to find this table in the DB from Tables section of the GI (found it through the DAC) and believe it is a ‘projection table’ or more of a view).  Is there a way to access this data within the GIs themselves?

Hi,I created a xml data provider to get xml export for the purchase orders.Then I need to pass purchase order number when getting the export from export from scenario as a parameter.Is it possible to pass a parameter into export scenario.

Hi,I created a new setup form for my custom screen in the same customization project. After publishing, it’s working fine in my local instance. Now I want to add this into the UAT instance and publish my customization project, But after importing and publishing the project package, setup form is not visible in the project editor, only the custom screen which is Proforma Invoice can be seen.what is the reason for this and can someone help me to resolve this?Thank you.

I can't see the whole list of items from the IN2025PL screen but I can see them from the IN202500 screen…version 22R2 Some help please :) !thanks in advance.

Hello,  we are new to Acumatica, & are trying to figure out how to add a miscellaneous cash receipt to a bank deposit. For example:  We periodically will receive a rebate check from a vendor, that I would need to record as rebate income. I want to add this to an existing bank deposit that contains payments on account from customers.

We just noticed that when creating AP Bills, you can enter the Qty and the Unit Cost, and Acumatica will calculate the Ext Cost.But, I can go to the Ext Cost and modify it and will allow it too even the qty*unit cost does not match the Ext Cost. I can move forward and release it. If this the expected behavior or is there any configuration I should do to prevent it?

Hi,I created a setup form(AI101000) and delete it from my project.Again i created a setup form(AI102000) and add this file into my custom screen for the automating the custom screen field.In my dev instance all are working fine.but, when i getting the export and import into the my uat instance,I can’t see the setup form screen that I created(AI102000). When .I cheking the project.xml file It still have the my deleted page name(AI101000) in the site map menu.Can anyone please support for that.

Hello,I can find no documentation on the sales profitability reports calculations.Is there any documentation on what costs are included in the calculations?This is specifically being asked in a manufacturing environment.This is the specific request “I really need to understand is the sources of inputs to equal the cost field when then determining the customer margin value in the system. ” 

I have marked Inventory / Inquiries / Inventory Summary for inclusion in my favorites, but on my favorites page I would like it to say Item Allocation instead of Inventory Summary.  I don’t want it to change for the other users.It seems like a good solution would be to copy this to a new GI with a new name, but I don’t know how to do that.  I have admin rights.  I see screen ID CST.IN.40.10.00 but I don’t see a way to edit or copy that.  I can’t find this screen under Generic Inquiries.  I’ve read here that it needs to be done with a Customization but is there a simple way to do that?Thanks.

Hello Acumatica community! :)Prior to Acumatica, we used Timberscan with Sage300 and could report out of Timberscan with various parameters to get a summary of invoices with all relevant attachments as one file - a pdf.  I have a need to do this in Acumatica and cannot figure out how.  Do any of you have suggestions? Thanks for you time.Kay HoweJackson, OH
