HelloI got client’s customization project with version 21.209.0034How to convert it to 22.210.0020 (2022r2) in proper way ?

I’m starting to get really frustrated with processing screens lately, but maybe I’m just bad at making them. The latest frustration is that when I use ProcessingView Lines, the screen looks like a processing screen: But when I use  ProcessingView.FilteredBy<PODDocumentsFilter> Lines, all the processing tools  go away: I have defined the data view like this:public PXCancel<PODDocumentsFilter> Cancel;public PXFilter<PODDocumentsFilter> Filter;[PXFilterable]public SelectFrom<SOPackageDetailEx>. when i put the inventory id in the details tab of the sales order form, i get the following error " inventory of inventory id does not exist in the system". so i am unable to process the new sales order.

We just upgraded to 2022R2 - Build 22.207.0013.And we are having performance issues with our order syncs from BigCommerce.  The orders are Preparing and Processing as expected - and this is verified in the Sync History page.However - shortly after processing into the system, the order gets switched back to a status of “Prepared”.  The system is then trying to re-process the same order - even though it already exists now.This is causing system perf issues as the day goes on - and the number of orders grows.  The Prepare and Process jobs are scheduled to run every 60 seconds.Thoughts?

What is the best practice when it comes to Inventory Replenishments versus MRP. In what cases does it make sense to utilize IN replenishments and in what cases does it make more sense to use MRP?If I am implementing MRP for a client, then should I even utilize IN replenishments or utilize MPR Only?From my understanding, it sees I should use IN Replenishments for items that have nothing to do with a BOM. For any item (FS, Sub Assembly, Raw Material) that’s included in a BOM, it seems that MRP is better suited for such stock-items. Wondering how other consultants approach this.  

I have a scenario i want to create to update open Production Orders. I have an XLS that has the Production order number, the Operation, the Work Center, the current Overhead Rate, and what the New Over Rate should be. I need to do this from screen AM209000. The steps would be to look up the Production Order, Place the order on Hold, and select the proper operation. next, you would have to update the Overhead factor on the Overhead tab to the “New Rate” and take it off hold save. From here you would progress to the next item on the list. Screen AM209000 Any thoughts?? 

We’ve noticed this a few times at different clients but I don’t have a smoking gun to bring in tech support so I’m looking to see if anyone else has had similar experiences.When there has been an update due to Windows/IIS/SQL security patches, or some other update on the Acumatica side, that we find that sometimes a customization project has reverted back to a prior version. We’ve seen source code within the project revert and we’ve seen cases where a DLL appears to have reverted back one version.Last night our clients production site had some updates and this morning they called with some configuration related issues. We checked on fields in a setup screen and discovered that some fields were blank causing invoices to be missing a default cash account value. These fields were populated the day before because it prevents invoices from being posted. I have created one report and it has one parameter but it does not show when i am going to its screen. Not sure what is the issue here. Visible option is also selected. My report screen looks like this. I want my text-box field there for input to run my report. Thanks.

Hello, I’m struggling with the FieldUpdated event. On the Project Quotes form (PM304500) you enter Inventory IDs on the Estimation tab. When you commit an Inventory ID on a grid row, the description, uom and unit price are returned. I added a few selector fields as UDFs in Cases. As you can see in the screenshots, when accessing in the web, the selector field works. But in the mobile app, there is no magnifying glass icon for me to select the options. Instead, it’s just a text type field… Am I missing something easy or does this functionality require customization to the mobile app?  

Hi There,I have issue to import the AR opening balance in Acumatica under migrate mode. I was able to import the data from template but not able to import the transactions. I got several errors;1)Field: Amount, Value: 871.34, Error: The document is out of the balance. Field: Balance, Value: 871.34, Warning: Enter the document open balance to this box.This is initial error message I got, however the amount is tie out. It’s in the same function currency. I tried to clear the amounts to import the transactions. However, I got another error message: “The Remove Hold button is disabled. Field: Balance, Value: 0.0, Warning: Enter the document open balance to this box. Field: Project/Contract, Value: 8SB       , Warning: The customer in the selected project or contract differs from the customer in the current document.” Attached Import scenarios details. I was hoping someone may have some insight to this question.  I am coming up with a large WIP variance in our Production Orders, and are thinking Phantom BOMs might be the cause. At the parent level, we backflush material and labor.  We also exclude the Phantom, thus allowing us to bypass the move in the production order. At the BOM for the phantom, we have run rates as if we were going to make a Production Order and backflush labor and material. Is the WIP variance related to excluding  the phantom and thus not capturing the labor?

Is there a way to access files that are attached to an invoice from outside? We have synced all invoice to a payment portal.Many customers want to access the original document that our accounting upload to the invoice in Acumatica as attachments. I cannot find the table that records the relationship for invoices and files. any advice, please. Many thanks advance.

I don’t know what I did or how I ended up with this happening but when I try to edit any generic inquiry from the Customization menu (at the top when viewing the GI results) it shows the correct configuration but the name of another GI.  Always the same GI: pp-oils to convert to template.The URL at the top shows the correct Name so if I refresh the page it shows the correct details which is a workaround but as it stands if I edit it and just hit save it will overwrite that GI and not save to the one I really want to save to.I am stumped as to why this is happening. It happened after I manually added some site map entries but I’m not sure how or why.If anyone has any ideas of how to troubleshoot this I would be very grateful, Phil

Looking for help in modifying standard Acumatica forms such as the sales order and sales invoice to include all of the product configurator results data.  For those using the product configurator, have you modified your forms?  There are instructions on Acumatica Help for adding the data, along with a pdf copy of what it should look like, we would like help in doing this for our client.Please reach out if you would be able to assist. Thanks

I have built a GI against projects (we have an attribute called "delivery date" ) to give our delivery drivers a view of what they need to deliver to site from the facory today. The GI works nice and comes across to the mobile app real well, but I want to have it so that the delivery driver can tap on the project in his filtered view and it will open the correct project for him to upload photos of proof of delivery directly to the project. Currently they have to jump out of the delivery view and search in the project for it. Example of how today's deliveries look in the app... If only we could just tap on these …

Hello,Is there a way to recognize a PDF file that contains two or more invoices? (That is can it create two/more bills from a single PDF)

I’m trying to generate a GI connecting the InventoryItem table to the POVendor table.  I want to limit the results to only show the default vendor and vendor inventory ID assigned to each item. However, if an item has multiple vendors assigned the results will display multiple lines for that item.This “IsDefault” field does not appear to exist as a field by which I can filter the results: Does anyone know of another way to go about this?
