Hi Team, What is the best way you all have come up with to set up leasing in Acumatica? 

When ordering major components on a project, I will “mark for PO” on the sales order.  After the product is received and sales order invoiced the PO link tab is cleared so you can’t go back into an old sales order to establish what PO the product was ordered in on.  When dealing with warranty claims, all of my suppliers require me to supply the PO number that the product was ordered on for traceablility.  Why is this field wiped out when going back to check a historical Sales order?

Just getting used to the what seems incredibly formal statement process (for a small company anyway). I ran the statements for a period and forgot to enter one receipt of money from the customer, how do I re-run the statement to include for this extra money received on the last day of the month. It all feels very locked in and unwieldly to me as I am used to just re-running a statement as many times as I like. Best Regards Malinda

My company previously had Acumatica PCP license, and we had to change to PCS because acumatica stopped selling the perpetual license. Now, our acumatica country agent is insisting that we move to AWS because PCS cannot be hosted on local server. I found multiple online sources saying that both PCS and PCP licenses can be deployed anywhere, on-premises or in a private data center, depending on your preference. But I still wanted to confirm it Can we install acumatica PCS on our local server?

Is there a way to restrict information mobile users can see?  For example, (with project/job costing) can a project manager only be presented with his/her specific jobs, cost codes, etc. and not the entire project/cost code, account groups?  In particular, asking this in regard to Advanced Expense Management mobile users who would select the appropriate project, etc., after OCR has run?Of course, this would apply to other mobile users who need to interact with manufacturing, distribution, etc.

Hi Experts,I am currently working on integrating with Acumatica and I have encountered a situation where I need to retrieve the count of records while executing an API from Postman.I have a few questions regarding this: Is there a solution to obtain the count of records in Acumatica through the API? What is the purpose of the "$expand" key? Is there an alternative way to import all inner nodes without explicitly specifying them using the "$expand" parameter? How can I determine the "Data Type" of a field when retrieving the schema of an object within the Acumatica system from Postman? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.  

How can we combine all the sales order report (so641010) within a specific date range. I want to merge so641010 report based on a date range on order date. If five order are placed on a particular date I want all 5 report for individual sales order (so641010) to be combined in a single one. Any ideas how it can be achieved ?Thanks

I am trying to Build and compile a customization in Visual Studio 2022 and it is throwing warning messages that it cannot find any of the PX DLL files that are in the referenced folder.  Other DLL’s I am referencing are found in that folder, just none of the PX DLL files.Does anyone have a hint, suggestion or idea why only the PX DLL’s are not being referenced when OTHER DLL’s I am using are being found?Here is a screen shot of the folder and the VS 2022 warnings.

Can someone help to explain why cash return document is placed automatically to credit hold when credit term is Prepayment (terms requires 100% prepayment) and how to change this behaviour? Credit verification rule for this customer is Disabled. This doesn't happen on non-prepayement credit term though. Workaround is changing credit term but not ideal.

Hello All, I have a client who needed a Pivot Table as a side panel in one of the screens. I have done the work and created the Pivot Table using Screen SM208010 and all work just fine but I do not see a node in Customization Packages to include the Pivot Table in a package. I thought if we include the underlying GI, the platform is smart enough to include the associated Pivot Tables but it didn’t happen. I added this PT to a Dashboard and included the dashboard in the package but it didn’t help either. Has someone come across this in the past and are you aware of any way to include it? I know I can export the PT and import it on the client site but I would like to keep the package neat and clean and include the PT in it. I created a UDF in ARRegister called UsrInvParent (datatype INT), in the ARRegister table.What I want to do is save the ParentBAccountID of the customer BAccount on the invoice to this new UsrInvParent UDF upon the “Release” of the invoice.So, using customization what is the best way to code this in Acumatica? Hello,While making changes to the layout of a sales order screen using the Customization Project Editor I’ve managed to break something. I’m not sure what change caused the problem but it is now in a state where I cannot get the screen to load into the Customization Project Editor and so I cannot make any changes in order to fix. I get the following error: I’ve had similar issues in the past but usually linked to a problem with a missing view in the VS project and easily fixed, but I cannot seem to fix this and it’s not linked to a problem in VS. I’m sure others will have had similar experiences too. I’m thinking about just deleting the form and starting again but I have done quite a lot of work on the form and it would be a shame to lose it. This specific error is about px:control but my question is more general, how do others go about resolving problems like this, when Acumatica cannot display the form because of an problem with the html?ThanksSteve

i have created a dac from a tablebut when i select from it using pxselect it dosent get any data but in the screen it shows the data normallythe searchinspection in the below picture is giving me the default data everytime i debugged it the inspection number is sent normally to the select but it dosent return any data from database. 

I am trying to understand how the Balance Sheet works on Acumatica so I can reproduce it in my integration project. From my understanding, Balance Sheets are generated based on a Ledger. However, it appears that the Inventories account in the Balance Sheet below contains data that has been posted to a different Ledger.This Balance Sheet was generated using the T100 demo data, using the ACTUALSOFT Ledger. Inventories amount of 440,480. In addition, I am not sure why this Balance Sheet does not balance. The Journal Transaction that I am confused about is shown below.As you can see, this journal was posted to the ACTUALCOMP Ledger, and not the ACTUALSOFT Ledger which I used to generate my Balance Sheet. However, it is still present in my Balance Sheet. You can see the calculation for the Inventories account below to see that it includes that transaction.419,000 + 21,480 = 440,480 -- the amount shown in the Balance Sheet Why is this transaction, that has been posted to a different ledger,

How do i import and override a budget in production?

Is there any way to work with budgetss with different calendars? For example a School would like to have a fiscal year budget (January to December) and another budget for the school calendar (July to June)? 

As we know, when a customer database starts to get large, we exclude attachments from the backups. I know that we can create backup profiles (for lack of the actual name) where we can add an option to the Export Mode column and thus we can specify exactly what we want exported.I’d love to have one to be able to export all customization projects in one pass.  Has someone created this that they are willing to share?

Hello, I have a problem when i select from a selector field it should fill the data in the screen,but it dosent do anything.in the below picture i clicked the number but all the fields are still empty.i made this screen from scratch so it seems im missing something right?
