Change of email has lost my connection to Partner University

I noticed my email was wrong (andy instead of andi) so I reset it in the Acumatica portal in my profile. I also changed it in the Partner University (“Learn” link and changed the email on the Profile there) however this latter action seems to have broken the link as when I now go to “Learn”, everything I had achieved has gone.  It is if I am visiting for the first time.

I note that on the partner portal when I click on my profile, the dropdown still shows the old (incorrect) email as if that is some sort of unique user ID, even though my actual profile shows it as now being correct.

Is it possible to reset my portal user ID to the andi email (and that may then establish the link to the University) or have all my achievements gone for good?

Hi @andiB - Please contact Acumatica Support and they can fix. 

I cured it in the end by setting up a new login on the Acumatica portal with the new email address (I had to remove the new email on my previous contact details to do so.)  Provided the email address that you set up the account with and your password matches those on the University Portal then all works fine.
