Hello,The initial brief was as follows:Show all items where itemclass in (spareparts, lvspareparts) and use date range. Fields to show:Inventory ID, Inventory DescriptionTotal Sales for date range Total qtyonhand all warehouses (just the total holding like on stock items page)Total transferred over date rangeLast invoiced dateLast Cost On the results we are getting some larger numbers, and not all the QOH look right, any idea on how to improve on the results here?  

I have a client asking if the search result color can be changed within Report Designer. They find the light green difficult to see. I haven’t found a way of changing this. Does anyone know?Example below:

Hello, I am trying to set up physical inventory counts but I am not seeing all of the generation methods as shown in online tutorials. How do I add? I only have Full Physical Inventory as an option on my end. 

I have been looking into the Movement class calculations and I was wondering if anyone had any more insight as to what transactions go into this calculation? I haven’t been able to identify exactly what it is? All documentation I could find was Quantity Sold, but I wasn’t sure if this accounted for Issues to Production, Sales, Inventory Adjustment, etc?Any help would be appreciated!

Hi All, I have previously asked this question for an AR Invoice in a different approach. But I was unable to resolve it using the replies of that question because of some issues(Release method is not triggering when we process invoices from a process screen).However, Now I want to attach a report pdf to files section of an AP Invoice through Release AP Documents screen. I tried to override Release action in APPaymentEntry graph. But it is not triggering when releasing invoices through Release AP Documents screen. Then I tried the below code snippet & it is triggering for each AP Invoice. There are no errors in the code. But file is not attaching as expected. I am creating a Azure DevOps pipeline for Acumatica Automation project to build and run. I am not able to run the automation from pipeline. I may be using the wrong task. I have tried dotnet run, since Acumatica Automation is console application. VS test may not work since it is for nunit/xunit type. Any idea/suggestions or link to the article or YouTube video. Hi!We have eCommerce connector setup with a Shopify store and configured schedules for Stock Items preparation and processing (on daily basis).We have two problems:Some items were last processed a month ago. Is there a filter of some sort? What can affect this and which stock items can be excluded if the automation schedule screen doesn’t allow to configure such low level details (it’s just Entity, frequency, time basically). We map product visibility with status in Shopify: visible → product is Active, invisible → product is synced to Shopify still but as a Draft stock item. This gets ignored on some products and with visibility at Visible and Export to External System box checked off, the products sync as Draft. What can cause this?Thanks!

Hi Team,We are getting the below error when an update is done on CROpportunity table.“Incorrect datetime value: '4095-15-255 255:63:63.1048575' for column 'Tstamp' at row 1”Column tststamp on the table is defined as`tstamp` timestamp(6) NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(6) ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(6), from my understanding this means if there is no explicit value defined for tststamp, if any update happens the value for tstamp column should be set to current timestamp. Not sure how this invalid value is getting set.

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this.  If not please accept my apologies in advance. We have several template items that are giving this error when trying to sync with BigCommerce. One example is below:Error: Option values ids on update should belong to the option, the following is were not found: 6593; Status: 422 How can I find out what the missing Option ID is referring to?More generally, is there a way to set up the Template items so that Acumatica will update BigCommerce automatically, without manual intervention, either overwriting what's there or creating an alternative listing?Thanks for any advice, Phil

I have noticed inconsistencies between a user releasing Time Activities vs. an Automation Schedule releasing Time Activities.  On the Release Time Activities (EP507020) screen, we encounter the following error when run via an Automation Schedule: (this error comes from the Automation Schedule History (SM205035) screen.)PM Error: Task is Completed and cannot be used for data entry.While logged in as the Admin user on the Release Time Activities (EP507020) screen the time Activity is processed successfully.  What is causing the Automation Schedule to fail when compared with the Admin user manually following the same steps? We would like to avoid having to manually releasing time activities every day.  Edit: To be clear, I understand the error is coming from a completed task not allowing the release of the time activity. My question is why can the Admin user process this record without errors while the automation schedule fails? 

Hello,We want to create a GI that lists all sub assemblies of a kit specification. Below is an example:CJ60 has kit components : CJ30, CJPC, CJLP, CJCB and CBLUE. Similarly, CJ30 has kit components - CJ12,CJTC, CJTD and TH10.  Kit Specifications and Kit AssemblyWe would like this information along with their lot serial numbers into a GI. Currently, I am using INTran table and self joined the same tables multiple times. But it is not working as expected. Table Joins on the GIWill really appreciate if you could share any ideas/ suggestions to get this to work. thank you! Good day,I have several questions about buttons.I am trying to establish a sequence when creating customer locations, in the customer locations screen when a user selects a customer and is going to add a new location, it has to press the button, so it automatically assigns the number for the sequence. If I Define the action with PXButton in the graph extension, it creates a button in the toolbar and when pressed it does the sequence, but it places it in the wrong spot.First picture shows the button in the toolbar and on the top left corner the value.I am specifying in the code that I want the value in the LocationCD field but is not working.Then if I define the action with PXLookupButton(DisplayOnMainToolbar = false) there is no button in the toolbar which is good, but when I create a button control in the aspx the Command attribute doesn't seem to work. I can't link the code in the graph with the aspx. I did a debug and when I press the button it does nothing. And finally, I want the

I am having an issue where a chunk or reports have stopped working. I went to create an alternate version the sales order report, which I have done many times before. I downloaded the report, made the changes necessary, then saved the report under the new name and created the site map record.  However, that report gave the error Nested reports cycle detected while trying to load, and trying to access the original sales order report gives the same error. It is also affecting all the other forms that are copies of that form.  I’ve included a screenshot of the trace below. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it!!  

hi,in the middle of an implementation and noticed when i tried to update some workers comp codes, the system added new records instead of updating the records.  i am trying to find out if there is a way to delete the rates that are not needed?  i didn’t see the option to delete on the WCC screen or the deductions and benefits (client is using acumatica payroll).  none of the WCC have been added to anything yet.  i haven’t tried just deleting the code itself but i see that’s an option and will probably end up going that route but wanted to see if there were any other options!  i appreciate your help!
