Push Notification on Older Devices in App didnt Work

Hello, we have the problem that we have set push notifications and on an iPhone 13 the notification arrives. But on an iPhone 7 with IOS 5.8 there is no notification. The Haufe X360 app has the same version on both devices.

Please try the following options

  1. Uninstall and reinstall your Acumatica mobile app and try again
  2. Make sure Acumatica notifications are enabled from the iPhone 7
  3. Delete the from the Users screen (SM201010) -> Devices tab, save changes, delete the Acumatica app from his iPhone, restart the iPhone, install the Acumatica app again, log in to the app, check that the device appeared on the Devices table

If any of the above are not working, you can open a support case for further support
