I am not able to edit an existing “ONHOLD” Bill, has anyone run into this issue today?  My Bills that are in the “OPEN” status don’t have the PAY option available either.  

I can create a new bill but as soon as I save it the amount is not transferring over to the AMOUNT box.

Looks like I found the problem.
