Only specific individuals should be able to email invoices from Acumatica. Is there a way within the user security or if by using the email account access to prevent certain users from emailing invoices?

It's possible to restrict access to the Email action on the Invoices and Memos screen.
It can be done the following way:
1. On the Access Rights by Role screen (SM201025) for a required user role-
Company > Receivables > Invoices and Memos > AR Invoice/Memo > Email = Revoked

I have a similar question. Is there a way to restrict certain system email accounts by user/role?
We are using SendGrid and we think that each individual who will be mailing through SendGrid needs a system email account but we don’t want other users who can email to be able to select those accounts.
