Hi guys, I created a report showing the invoices and credit memos. There is a total. I need the invoices to add and the credit memos to be subtracted.How do I show the values as negative in a report designer?

Cannot delete revision nor choose which revision from which to copy to a new revisionIn the product configurator module, I made a new revision (AF) on CFG0000030, but in doing so, I made a sizable error that I cannot easily undo. What I want to do is delete revision AF, go back to revision AE, and have that be the basis for yet another revision for the rest of the edits I need to make. However, the system does not allow me to delete revision AF. I can only inactivate it. If I do this, AF remains the basis for the new revision (call it ‘AG’). Is there anything I can do here?

Hello  I am trying to sync related products against template items between Acumatica and BigCommerce.  I am able to do this with non template items and it works as expected. For template items I have tried adding a related item to one of the SKU’s in the template item but it does not sync through. Is there a way to associate related products to template items please? Thanks  Matt

We have a Foundation that uses Fund Accounting. At the end of each year when we roll forward our balances to 1/1 we roll the contributions, interest and expenses into a fund account. We don’t show it as a JE just adjust the opening balances as of 1/1. See below for an example. Is there a way to do this in Acumatica?  

I am using the financial report writer to build a project P&L for my client. I am having trouble getting the project name to appear in the title since there does not seem to be a parameter available.In my column set, I have added:=@StartProject + ' - ' + THIS IS WHERE I WANT THE PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe project code is an auto-numbered ID and without the name makes it difficult to identify the reports.Thank you in advance.

Hi, i want to import migration data for AP Bill but when i try it there’s an Error 'AP Subaccount' cannot be empty. Enter the document open balance to this box”.There is any mapping that i missing, i really confused about this, when i try to remove the reference number, the error becomes “The Save button is disabled” So. i decided to put it random number, but when i try to input the number, there is a new error, please take a look, you can see the picture bellow:  And i already input Account and Subaccount in excel, i already did it manually in Bill & Adj. Hi I have a working customization on the sales order screen which automatically creates a new line with item “NON-RETURN FEE” if the item class of the previous line is “CYLINDERS”. This then also populates the quantity of the line above to the NON-RETURN FEE line and also copies a UDF value from the given item to this auto generated line. This functionality works but the records gets auto-populated only on pressing the save button. How can I immediately get the “NON-RETURN FEE” line populated? For example straight after the quantity field of the previous line gets updated? I tried a fieldupdated event handler but this did not work either. I’ve done many different import scenarios and regularly make mass changes to our item configurations as we’re preparing for go-live with Acumatica Manufacturing and finalizing how everything will need to be structured. However, I’ve run into this problem that I can’t resolve.We have about 600 configurable items, each with close to 200 lines of options, so making any changes manually is really not an option.Currently, all the configurations are set to revision “0” and are in the pending status, so I can make any needed updates with an import scenario. However, once we are live with this, we’ll need to increment the revision number on all the configurations whenever there is a change, which happens frequently.I’ve attached a screenshot of my update scenario mapping below. The line circled in red is the one that is causing the error. We plan to use Acumatica to track items' expiration dates. Here's our workflow:First, print a physical copy of the purchase receipt. The warehouse receiver then uses this paper to accept goods, fills in the received quantity on the receipt, and records the expiration date for items requiring expiration tracking. After receiving the completed physical receipt, the office clerk enters the details into the system.        However, we encountered an issue: once the "Track Expiration Date" feature is enabled, we can't create a purchase receipt in Acumatica unless we first enter an expiration date. But without creating the purchase receipt, we can't print the physical copy—this is a total catch-22.A paradox where one step depends on the other.Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

I'm using Acumatica from my Local host for the mobile application, and I'm getting an error when I'm trying to save expense receipt and also when I'm trying to add Activity under Contacts, the error is - Server Protocol Error - ERROR 404 - requested URL or resource not found. 

     Our company plans to set some items to capture expiration dates upon receipt. However, these items are frequently used, and it’s impossible to wait until the inventory is exhausted before replenishing. In other words, there is always an on-hand quantity in stock. I noticed that when I try to modify the lot serial class, items that are in use (which should mean having an on-hand quantity) do not allow me to switch from the default class to the expiration date track class.How can this problem be solved? What is the best approach. Please advise.

Hi all - We are in the heavy civil construction industry; when paying for subcontractors, we can only pay what paid (meaning, if the open commitment quantity is for 10 units, and we are only paid 7 units from the project owner, we can only pay the subcontractor 7 units). We receive invoices from the subcontractors for work complete, but there’s no way to track that quantity in any report. We currently use Progress Worksheets in the Construction module to log the invoices, but these “completed quantities” don’t go anywhere/aren’t reportable/can’t tie to project commitments. How are others tracking the submitted/invoiced quantities for subcontracts, but not actually entering the invoices into payables?

We understand that In Acumatica, the "estimated lead time" is typically calculated by combining the vendor lead time that is manually entered in the vendor details with any additional lead time days that are manually entered on the inventory line item itself and then displayed as the estimated lead time for that item.  Based on the information we've found so far; it seems that the manual process mentioned above is the only option. For companies with large inventories, numbering in the tens of thousands, automating this function is essential.Our questions are:Does Acumatica have logic that automatically calculates estimated lead times.  If so, how do we go about setting it up?For example, instead of manually updating the lead time on both the vendor master record and the item master under the vendor tab, is there a way for the system to automatically calculate the average lead time based on PO issue dates vs PO receipt dates?  Our goal is to eliminate the need for customers to manually

Hi,When attempting to redirect to my custom screen using PXRedirectRequiredException, Acumatica throws the error ‘You have insufficient rights to access the object.’I have verified that the user has Grant All permissions on both the screen and the graph, and the user can open the screen directly in the UI without any issues. What else could cause this error during programmatic redirection?

I have field Description or other and i need wrap text with label for this field. How I can do this? For example i have this structure And in report my field description stuck other field, but label description not.

I set vendor access by user. I want to filter the data by the vendor or employee when running the report in Report Designer. I remember that in customer access, I only needed to link another table to the Customer table, and the data was filtered automatically. But for vendor access, I don’t know how to make it work. Please guide me

Does anyone have any xml files for basic Cash Account Generic Inquiries?  I would really like to build something simple that just shows me a total for a cash account based on todays current Balance and adjust for any AR or AP that is due within the parameter date range I give it.  I want to be able to say, how much will I have on 11/20/2025 based on the balance of today, any due AR and AP, and any future AR and AP that has not been paid yet.  Almost all of the banking and finance inquiries are Customizations that do not let me pull that information in as a data source. And I am not experienced enough to mess with the customizations themselves.   Has anyone made something like this? I was having an issue with getting my new saved report getting into the site map.  At the time of writing this report I was able to get it to work by “Open report from server - load report lists” and saving it as a new report.I was not able to get it to show up from editing the saved report and saving it to the server.Problem solved, has anyone else had this issue?

I created GI that pulls all appointments that are past today’s date but have the status of not started. Now I am trying to set the appointments that are over 60 days to one color and the ones over 30 days to another color. I am having issues with the date in the formula to set the row colors.  In the conditions it lets me use the @today-30 or -60 function but it doesn’t like the @ today in the results grid to setup the color.  I tried the today() function but then it gives me a syntax error.   =IIf([FSAppointment.ScheduledDateTimeBegin]<((today())-60),'red', (IIf([FSAppointment.ScheduledDateTimeBegin]<((today())-30),'orange', 'default'))) Any ideas on how I can accomplish this? I know the issue is integer versus date but I am not sure how to fix this.
