Client has businesses that change ownership, and when this happens, they generally have batches of customer payment methods that need to be entered into the system. This is tedious with all of the manual entry. They would like an import to get this done, I have gone through numerous revisions, and I am not making much progress.Errors that I have received includeSaying it processed but nothing added/updated Error message that a data field must contain information. (The import has the data for that field) Only updating the header information, not updating the details with the account informationI know this screen is notoriously a pain to import into, and I have done some updates before to the screen but nothing to this extent. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I just seem to be spinning my wheels. Thank you in advance.

Anyone ever have a scenario on how to set a specific quantity limit in a warehouse location? For example this specific shelf can only hold up to a quantity of 5 items. There's nothing to set that as of now, you can set locations to have primary items...but no limits to the number of items a location can hold.  

To elaborate the issue more the end user reports that there is a mismatch in amounts of EUR amounts against the base currency USD in recent months. He assumes that the cause for this could be some error/ mistake or not conducting process of MONTH END REVALAUATION OF AR IN EUR. This has caused a loss in their reports in EUR transactions.So, the end user wants the reason for this and what caused for this to happen.They assume that if something happened, it has happened after April 2025 and they want to confirm, whether the revaluation of AR in EUR could be done again From April to November 2025 for AR, AP & GL and if they could do it by taking the  exchange rates to the amounts at that were in those specific months or do they have to use the current exchange rate values as of now to do this revaluation again.And they want to confirm also whether this error in EUR amount could have a impact in journal entries with other currencies such as GBP.

Hey, Team - I’ve got a customer who has a particular overseas Vendor that requires their POs provided in a unique format.  I’m not entirely sure what direction to go here, if this is better suited for an export scenario or a report.  Any assistance would be much appreciated!The format is as follows:  The .txt file would look something like this.   

I have found many entries related to this same topic, but no “simple” solution.  Depending on type of sale (which is based on the customer), I need a different COGS account than the standard one on the Item. I’ve looked at using Reason Codes, looked at the Order Types, Posting Classes.. none of these appear to have a way of controlling the COGS account.  There is only the COGS on the Posting Class or Item.  But we need to sell the item in different scenarios and need a different COGS account (we can control the sales account but not cogs).  Any ideas besides customizations, GI’s to give data for users to generate GL entries to reclass…?Thank you! 

I have a client that has setup a business event triggered by an ACH payment on an AP Invoice. The business event currently sends a notification email that contains an attachment generated by a report that contains the details of the AP Invoice.The client ‘s request is to also attach any files that are attached to that AP Invoice to that same notification.I have tried an approach where the business event would invoke a new action in APPaymentEntry that would compose the email from the email template with the attached report and then would get and attach any files attached to the APInvoice linked to the payment.I have run into problems referencing the correct methods to generate the email notifications so the code would compile.Is something like this possible? Is there another way I could hook into the standard Acumantica business event notification email process where I would not have to compose the email and attached report and just add the other attachments?Thank you in advance for yo

Hi all, I have Moved my custom Web Service Endpoints to a Package and I publish to all my Tenants. This worked well. Now if I make a change to the Web service endpoint. Do I have to edit the package for the changes to be in there and republish ? Or now that they are in a package I should just have to republish for the changes to go to other tenants. Thank you.

I have this code that was working fine on a production instance, but doesn’t work now that I am working on it from a development instance. The goal is to have specific lines that were manually added to a count receive a default expiration date of 1/1/2000. I have a method in a different code file that looks through every line in INPIDetail and uses a BQL query to assign the correct expiration dates.The validation code works fine, but I can’t seem to duplicate the success of the default date assignment code despite changing event handlers, conditional checks etc.The reason I’m doing this is to avoid an issue where when adding an expiring item to a count, it immediately wipes the entire count after entering the lot number and using OK, because it thinks the expiration date is missing, requiring the user to re-enter PI number and location to continue.Here is my code so far:using System;using System.Collections;using System.Collections.Generic;using System.Threading;using PX.Data;using PX.

Hi,I need track the COGS and Sales for a specific customer . I was looking for a way to set up the COGS and sales account to be picked based on this specific customer.This seems  not possible with the available options and I identified one issue which is if we have set up the posting class to pick the sales account by the inventory and also we have a different sales account in the customer’s GL accounts, the system always picks the account from the Inventory ID. How can I set the priority to pick the account entered in the customer rather than picking it from inventory ID?Further, I can check the sales for the specific customer in the sales account, since in the account details customer is available. I can filter and see. But in the COGS account, the business account is not available. I will be able to create a GI to connect and show the customer for COGS transactions but Do you see any other options to see the COGS for a specific customer?Thank You,Dulanjana

Hello all,I have been able to add an image as a watermark, Acumatica logo, to the Sales Invoice form, which shows in the HTML view as seen below. However, when I switch to the PDF view the watermark disappears as seen below. Also, exporting to PDF or emailing, via the SEND action from this screen the resulting PDF file does not show the watermark. What do I need to do make the watermark appear in the in both the views and on the PDF files? Below is the setting I have used in the Report Designer.

I need a help creating an import scenario for service contracts. We have a custom screen where attributes are defined in Table 1. I want to upload corresponding records into Table 2, which is dependent on Table 1.For example: Table 1 contains groups such as Group 1, Group 2, Group 3. Table 2 contains equipment entries such as Equipment 1, Equipment 2, Equipment 3. The requirement is to upload data into Table 2 using an import scenario so that: When Group 1 is selected in Table 1, Equipment 2 details are displayed in Table 2. When Group 2 is selected, Equipment 1 details are shown, and so on. Please help me design an import scenario to achieve this setup.

I’m implementing an integration between Acumatica and a Next.js application. The goal is to automatically create a Project, Project Task, and multiple Project Budget records based on data stored in the Next.js app.The challenge I’m facing is related to the large volume of budget lines — each project can have thousands of budget items. Using the built-in REST API would require sending thousands of individual requests (one per budget line), which is both inefficient and prone to network or timeout issues. Missing even a few budget items is not acceptable in this scenario.To address this, I’m exploring a solution that allows batch creation of multiple Project Budget records in a single operation (or at least in smaller batches). Hi all,I’ve been using Marketing Lists lately and running into some strange behavior, specifically two things:I have a dynamic marketing list containing two contacts that are unsubscribed. When I set filter on “Subscribed” field to False, it shows no contacts (screenshot below), but there are in fact two unsubscribed. Thoughts?   When I use the list in a campaign, it includes the unsubscribed contacts as members of the campaign. When I send a mass email from the campaign, it generates emails for these two contacts. Seems like it should exclude them?

How to make the quantity in the printed form blank when the quantity in transaction is 0 and show qty if transaction has quantity? Currently, it is not visible. Is there a way to ensure that sequential Business Events both trigger?I have 1 Business Event that creates an Issue document (when a Transfer is released), then when the Issue is released, a Business Event creates a Receipt document.The issue I’m having is that they both work when run on their own, but when I try to get them to run sequentially, the 2nd Business Event does not trigger.

We recently upgraded from 23R1 to 25R1.  A sidepanel added in 24R1 is something we’ve been looking forward to--the new “Related Return Documents” in Sales Orders.Unfortunately only our Admin role seems to have access to the sidepanel.  When I look at roles like our SO Clerk and drill down to Sales Orders, Sales Orders, Sales Order (where the sidepanel security lives), it shows that security is inherited.  If I open a user in that role in the “Access Rights by User” screen and drill down, the specific security listed for that sidepanel is “Edit”.  My guess is that either the change from implied Granted security (which was the way 23R1 worked) to Implied Revoked security is causing this, or there may be an actual “Related Return Documents” screen (like with the Stock Items sidepanels) that I need to grant access to.  I’m hoping to grant everyone in the company access to this sidepanel--all of our users have at least View access to the Sales Orders screen.

I’m looking for a way to easily show which user picked and packed a shipment--ideally without enabling Audit History for non-administrator user roles.We’d like to track both who picked and packed each shipment. Is there a way to expose that information through a GI or report, perhaps by referencing system fields or tables that store user IDs tied to those actions?If anyone has done this (or knows which tables or fields contain that data), I’d really appreciate any pointers.

I’m trying to create a GI that will show all five lines of a Sales Order using joins based on line numbers. However, Line Numbers (or Sort Order) don’t follow a sequential order, so I can’t filter based on 1,2,3,ect. I tried the following join, but this only results in the first value working correctly, and the rest being the same part repeated over and over again (and its not even the second part in the list.) Is there some way to fix these joins so that they work correctly? (See attached GI)
