I configured my email account to send an email to a wrong email address. "I would like to receive bounce-back notifications for emails or warning messages."
Is that possible in Acumatica?

We will get the failed status in Acumatica,
maybe you can check the below option and enable it. Failed emails will bounce back to email ID and it can be seen in all Emails once the below checkbox enabled.

I was testing this but did not get any bounce back upon using the wrong email id even after checking the Incoming Mail Processing” box. Not sure if there’s anything else I need to configure. Please let me know. Thanks!
