Hello,On February 28th, we upgraded Acumatica to 2024 R2, and now the USPS Ground Advantage service method is missing from the service method list.I contacted EasyPost, and they said it appears to be an Acumatica issue. They advised us to reach out to Acumatica for support.Does anyone know how to add or retrieve this service method? I tested the connection and it is working. 

How do we use RR when we ship the replacement and pick up the return at the same time? We typically send the replacement item via company truck and pick up the defective/warranty item at the same time (or sometimes a day or two later, as the original item still needs to be extracted when the replacement item gets installed). The problem we are having is that the replacement shipment needs to be Confirmed before the Return item can have it’s shipment created. The SO entry appears to function the way we desire with the replacement item and the return item on the same transaction, but we have no document(s) for our driver and the customer to indicate both the replacement and the return being processed at the same time.

With a standard order (no make to order items), we have a shipping clerk grab a printed pick list (generated from the shipment screen as an action) and pick the items from the warehouse and place in the shipping staging area (size of a midsize meeting room). After the area starts filling up, he/she will start processing these staged shipments (the pick list sits on top of the picked items and acts as a traveler).We have a usb scanner that our shipping clerk would use in our shipping staging area that we envision could actually pick in Acumatica and then pack and ship.If we have the desktop attached to the usb scanner proceed to perform these steps on the screen, SO302020 -Pick Pack Ship, the scanning for serialized parts is burdensome (need to scan item, location and serialized id). Is there some way to just scan the item and the serialized id and not include the location?     

I’m finding some examples where the “transferred to invoice” field on a sales order (under the payments tab) isn’t being populated when an invoice has been created. I’m wondering is there something we did process wise that prevented this from happening? I ask because I built a refund tool that operates by using this field and if it isn’t being populated accurately the tool can’t figure the potential refund needed accurately. The “Transferred To Invoice” field is 0As you can see the SO is linked to this invoice so I’m not sure why it’s not reflected on the SOThe status of the invoice seems to be irrelevant as I have seen other open invoices still populate the transferred to invoice field on the SO.I’ve tried reopening the sales order, reversing the application of the invoice, and reapplying payment but that doesn’t seem to refresh that value either.

Hi Team,We need clarification around the impact of updating the Customer field for any existing Active project in the system. One of our clients (Company A) has been purchased by another company (Company B), and all invoicing and customer contact information needs to be updated for the existing projects to go to Company B. Originally, we were going to update the Customer field to Company B, but we wanted to understand what the project or financial impact might be if we changed the customer field from Company A to B for these projects. 

I’m trying to track who is set to get emails from our templates on various reports.Use-Case: “User A” exits the company, remove them from all outbound emails from all templates.I’d love to make a Generic Inquiry that shows me every report with every template saved for that report and then the TO and CC fields for that template. Which table has this data? Thanks!

I am looking for a way to add dock-to-stock period into MRP planning (does not need to be part number specific, can be one stock period for all parts) so we get a purchase part in a day or two before our schedule actually shows we need it. Lead time additions will just order the part earlier, not bring it in earlier. Anyone else have a solution to this? I feel like it's right there in front of me, but can’t seem to locate the solution. 

Currently, when we go to print the Change Order Form, it prints the revenue budget of the change order. Is there a way to set up a separate form to print the Cost Budget portion of the change order?  

Hi After many chat with Shopify support and after reviewing the data and considering that all variants are unique in Acumatica. it appears that the error "At least one option value is duplicated" likely stems from a subtlety in how the data is transmitted or interpreted by the Shopify connector integrated into your Acumatica ERP version 2025r1. So , I’am looking for more information ( into the Acumatica log )  Review the data sent via the connector: If possible, obtain a snippet or log of the payload sent to Shopify for product W24J0059 so our technical team can analyze exactly which option combinations are received. Our last sync history was this morning 12/16/2025 11:06am on Entity : Template Item and ERP ID W24j0059  Thanks for your Help _jean

Hello!I am required to copy any attached document from the Purchase Order level to Bill same as how it happens in the Sales Order through Order Type setting. Currently it provides options only to copy line notes only up to Purchase Receipt Level. And we will have to manually add attachments to the Bill for reference, and it has become time consuming.Is there any way that I can update this setting or modification ideas on this?Thank You!

When we create purchase orders with vendors that require “manual” online purchase (amazon for example) we want to be able to paste a direct link to the order from the vendors website within the PO.So i want to add an editable custom field where we can paste the links but i would like it to be a hyperlink.

We are using Avalara for AvaTax sales tax calculations as well as their Exemption Certificate Management system to handle our customer exemptions. We have a large volume of customers that have a sales tax exemption that only applies to certain product categories. For example, if customer buys product A it’s exempt but if they buy product B it’s taxable. Avalara has a feature “Exemptions by product category” and I believe I’ve set that up correctly adding the relevant Avalara tax code to the category then applying that category to the relevant customer exemption, however it doesnt work and charge taxes correctly. It sets the customer as fully exempt regardless of the product type when I test transactions in Acumatica. Does anyone use this feature or can they give me some guidance to a potential workaround?

Just to preface, I am self-teaching on Import Scenarios for the most part, and I don’t have a lot of experience with them yet. This is around the third Import Scenario I have built from scratch, and it has one complicated part I am really having trouble getting right. Now on to the problem:I have some Stock Items that I want to make default a certain vendor. The vendor is already on the Stock Items, I just want to use Import Scenarios to check the default box for that specific vendor. There are multiple vendors on these items, so I need the Import Scenario to choose the line that vendor is already on and check that lines box for the default. I have set it up a ton of different ways, and I can get it to check the box, but it always checks the box on the first vendor in the list. Alternatively, the way I have it set up at the moment is giving an error about adding a duplicate line. Screen shots below. Customer recently upgraded from 2024R1 to 2025R1.  In 2024R1 when a PO was created for a non stock item the PO Accrual account field was populated with the Expense account from the item.  The end result is that there is no posting to an accrual account - it washes through the expense account and the hits it again when the AP bill is produced.  This is how they want the system to work. After upgrading to 2025R1 all PO’s for non stock items are now populating the PO Accrual account from the PO Accrual account in the item instead of the Expense account.I did not set this up originally so I am not sure how it pulled the expense account in the first place so I can see what has changed since the upgrade.Has someone done this?  Thank you.

We are an Independent Special District of the State of Florida (Fire Department). We are members of the Florida Retirement System, which is a 401(a). We need to code the deduction for this retirement plan correctly. There is no option for a 401(a) in Acumatica currently. How do we add it? Hello Community,  I keep receiving an error when running an import to create AR payments. The error that is being displayed is “Customer Exceeded Days Past Due”. This is a warning now, so I’m surprise the system is not allowing us to complete the import. If I go to the Payments and Applications screen and enter the payment manually, it saves without any issues (I get the Days Past Due warning but it still allows me to save the payment). Any ideas? Thanks,Eric

Hello,We are using the Acumatica native BigCommerce connector, and we’ve noticed that several sales orders created directly in Acumatica have been pushed to our BigCommerce portal, creating corresponding sales records there.We want to stop this, meaning that no sales orders created in Acumatica should be exported to BigCommerce. BigCommerce should only receive orders that originate from the website.Is the sync direction the cause of this issue, since it is currently set to bidirectional?If so, why are only some Acumatica-created sales orders being exported to BigCommerce, and not all of them? We have screenshots of the import and export mappings available for review. 

Business Case:Business would like to be advised on the changes to a POLine.PromisedDate.Solution:Create a SQL view to extract the previous POLine.PromisedDate and the date it was amended. Surface the SQL View with a DAC and join to POline.Problem:Changes to fields are stored in AuditHistory.ModifiedFields, which is a nvarchar(max) datatype, and I’m having difficulty extracting the data with SQL.Has anyone else encountered this problem, and is there a more effective way to track date changes at a POLine item level?Thanks,Ewan.
