We are experiencing issues with push notifications firing successfully but not being received on the mobile app. This was first identified when our clients wanted to enable multi-factor authentication, and upon investigating, we found that in our demo environment we could successfully create notifications but we didn’t receive them either. Here is a test notification I created that fires successfully, but no notification is received. We tested with multiple mobile devices, all with the notifications turned on for the Acumatica app, but nothing is received and the system shows no errors??   

I’m trying to pull in the date and time a Sales Order was created for some metrics for my shipping department.  They have a cutoff time, where and order entered before the cut off time should be shipped same day.  When I look at the SOOrder table, it looks like I should be able to use SOORder.CreatedDateTime, but in the GI, I only see the date, not the time.  Is there a way to make the time exposed.  And maybe even better, a way to split the date and time?

I am building a GI to track OutOfStocks from sales orders, but have gotten stumped on the inclusion of the sales order pop-up notes. (We track our OOS via notes, since the backordered SKUs get removed from shipment and then cleared out so the backorder status etc is not able to be tracked for just those SKU as it gets completed still.) It seemed like I only need PX.Objects.SO.SOOrder + PX.Data.Note, but when I access those note text fields it is not correct. When I use “inspect element” it doesn’t work on the open popup, only clicking the note symbol which only gives me “NoteShow”  Per the screencap above, I’m trying to get “OOS 183889” to show in the GI, but I can’t seem to target THAT note field.Note.NoteText pulled in the origin sales order notes from the external system and/or AP, not the notes in the pop-up record in Acumatica.Note.NotePopupText found no text to display, even though I can clearly see them on the sales order.Is this the wrong table? Here are my settings: Thank you

Acumatica does not allow us to apply a 2nd Prepayment against a Balanced Invoice if a Prepayment  already transferred to the Invoice from the Sales Order.Here is our process:Create SO Apply Prepayment of 10% to SO Create Balanced Invoice (do not release, we have to wait until our customer picks up the product to release the invoice) - Acumatica automatically pulls the SO Prepayment over to be applied to the Invoice. When customer makes final payment prior to picking up the product, we want to apply a 2nd Prepayment against the Balanced Invoice - Acumatica does not allow this (I found a quirky workaround that if you temporarily unapply the SO Prepayment from the Invoice, apply the 2nd Prepayment, then reapply the SO Prepayment, it will allow you to apply both Prepayments).  The reason we use a Prepayment for the final payment prior to pickup is because we have situations where a customer makes a final payment but doesn’t pick up until the next month.  If we would use a ‘Payment’ type tr

I have created a Daily Order Entry report to compare January 2025 and January 2026 side by side.My requirement is to group the data only by Day (1–31) and combine both years into a single row per day.In the report I have attached when I apply the year filter then in 2025 section I am getting the 2026 records as well and vice versa for 2026I have already: Updated the grouping conditions Modified the date field formulas Adjusted sorting Has anyone faced this issue? What is the correct way to group by day only and compare two years side by side without getting duplicate rows?I am attaching the screenshot and report file for reference.Thanks.

I have a strange problem that bugged me for ages. For certain records there is a mismatch with the number of attached files vs the count of files. In the example below, you can see it has one file, but states two for the count. I’ve come across a similar thing in the Companies screen on the Visualization Tab, where the Logo File file URL has remained. In this instance, it is fixed by clicking Upload, which ‘nulls’ the path name due to no file being there.In this example though that little trick doesn’t work. Please, any advice would be great, as it is confusing to see a file in the screen, but have no actual linked.

We have items we stock and count in whole eaches. We buy those items in pounds. Pounds can be a smaller unit than eaches, but we don’t want partial eaches in stock. We had our Company’s Quantity Decimal Places set to 0 and this worked fine. We assumed the risk of minor rounding errors during receipt, they never caused a problem.Recently we increased our Company’s Quantity Decimal Places to 2 to support other items. Now we cannot receive parts in pounds unless we uncheck the Divisible Base Unit box, but we don’t want partial eaches in stock. How can we get the system to round like it did when we had Quantity Precision at 0? 

Hello, with Entra ID SSO, if a user attempts to log into a tenant they don't have access to, Acumatica will create a record in the Users table for that user with no roles assigned.  They will receive an error and are unable to log in, but the user creation is a compliance issue for some clients.  Is there a way to prevent this from happening?For clients with SOC 2 Type 2 and other security certifications, how are you managing this?Thank you,

I recently ran into an issue with a PXSelector. I defined the selector to use a unique key as the actual key, but to display a different value. The problem is the selector became confused when there were multiple identical display values.I can kinda understand why this would be a problem, but it seems to me that the selector should be smart enough to differentiate between the options based on the underlying key value. Is this a core limitation of a selector or simply in mind when it was designed?​@Dmitrii Naumov 

We have a need to completely isolate data between tenants into separate MS-SQL databases. As an example Company A and B cannot share a database due to parent company regulations. The two tenants will share a single instance and each set of tenant data will reside in a separate DB, e.g. DBA and DBB.The installation documentation reads: “ The following diagram shows an architecture with multiple application instances. Hello everyone,i would like to link a subreport to the invoice document.This subreport is intended to display activities that fall within the date range defined by two custom fields on the invoice screen (a start date and an end date).Without applying the date filters, the subreport correctly displays all activities. However, as soon as the date parameters (FromDate / ToDate) are applied, the subreport returns no results, even though there are activities within the date range defined by the custom fields.I have attached some screenshots to illustrate the issue. Hi, A client is looking to have a side panel on the inventory screen that shows the customers who purchased the item They do not want to see every invoice but a total quantity.  That is very doable with a grouping by Item & Customer.They also want to see last purchase information, the Quantity & the Unit Price & Date of Sale.  When I do the grouping the Quantity & Unit Price total. The Date Of the last sale is correct but I can’t get the quantity & unit price to show for the associated last purchase.Any help is appreciated.Bill

Hi everyone, i want to ask about the fund transactions. So, I want to send my money from bank account (USD) to the other bank account (IDR), so it’s different bank accounts and currency. I already fill the blank item in the Fund Transactions, but I don’t get it why my RGOL is still zero (0)?I mean in my source dan destinations have a different date but why it’s still zero RGOL.Please help me to answer this, I’m just confused, where I should put the adjustment transactions of RGOL?Here I put the screenshoot bellow, Please help me to solve this, I really appreciate it. Thank you 

Hi,In 2024R1 our Add PO/Add PO Line/Add Subcontract/Add Subcontract Line buttons on Bills & Adjustments only showed POs related to the Vendor/Project selected.When testing in 2025R2 it shows based off Vendor selected only - is it an easy fix to add in to each button to factor in project also?   

Does anyone have an equation that can turn a negative to a positive amount in integrations. Our client integrates several thousand transactions and a handful (maybe a hundred) sometimes have a negative amount in the Debit and Credit field. This is happening because of how they are entered in the originating system. I have tried a few equations but keep getting errors. =IIf( [Debit Amount]>0, [Debit Amount], [Debit Amount]*-1)Cannot perform the ‘*’ Operation on System.String and System.Int32.  I have tried double and decimal formats and still get this error. =ABS([Credit Amount])An error has occurred while the Abs(Identifier(Debit Amount)) function was being executed: ‘Type mismatch in the argument 1 of the Abs() function: Expected on of the Integer types.’ I have tried the Int32, double, and string types.  I use this in excel. Not sure if the function actually works in Acumatica but thought I’d give it a try.

We were super impressed at Summit with the new Modern UI Calendar board.  Now that we’re finally on 25R1, I’ve enabled Modern UI for the Calendar Board screen in our Sandbox.  And I’m having a deer in the headlights moment.  I’m trying to remember what I can do with it.I’m not sure if I can dig up the recording of the sessions from Summit, but I do know it’s getting used in the community.  Some of the things that our users have asked about are:Can the axes be flipped, putting the time along the Y axis? Can we control what the axes are?  Our team would rather look at staff specific (and I believe I can add filter tabs for different staff), and have the board display days across the top. Can we control color coding of the calendar appointments? Can we control what appears in the calendar box, as well as the pop up when you click the appointment?I know some of these were a “Yes” during the training, but I can’t remember for sure, and I definitely can’t remember how to do anything with it.
