Currently, when view dashboard, to know the value of each column/pea, I must hover over to that column/pea.
So How to show data label (value) of each column/pea of each chart when view dashboard as the bellow pictures

No option available for that, so maybe use Power BI instead to build dashboards. The only think you can do is show the Legend if using Doughnut chart and that will have the values next to the Legend
