Is there any standard templates for acquire master data from client? (Items,Customers ect)

You can find all the standard templates attached to import scenarios in Import Scenarios screen.

Acumatica’s templates can be basic - I usually add more fields to them, add notes to explain the fields to our customer, etc.  Good luck!
