Hello,We have had a couple instances where cost budget lines are added to a project by accident.  What's the best way to fix it, and is there a way to stop it from happening?We have two scenarios we happen.  We are implementing a new software for time tracking and the wrong cost code came over when we ran payroll, it added a 00-000 default cost code.  How can i fix that?  I looked at the GL batch and project transaction screen to see if I could reclassify, but there is only a reverse option (which seems a hefty lift option). The other scenario is an AP invoices.  Which those are easier to fix with a reclassification.Thoughts? Thanks,Jeremy

Has anyone implemented this as an alternative to Acumatica Bank Feeds, any advice for implementing it?  I discussed this approach today with a financial institution that can deliver the transactions in Visa Commercial Format (VCF) via sftp.  Bank feeds aren't available for this issuer using Plaid or MX.

Our company has an issue with staging shipments and location codes.We will create a shipment and produce a picklist. The system will assign locations appropriately so our shippers will gather up the SKU’s from all the storage locations and place them in a staging area. The order can often sit in the staging area for a couple of days.The issue is, the system doesnt reflect the change of location so if one of our cycle counts for our storage locations happens during that time our inventory is thrown out of whack significantly.We can correct by manually transferring material from location to location, but then we also have to adjust our shipment to reflect the changes. Its alot of manual entry and opportunities for human error.Is there an option im missing to have a pick list “sent to staging” when done and preserve the connection between the moved material and the shipment?

Does each Vendor Discount Code in AP204000 need to be unique to a vendor? This seems unnecessary if the discount code is then assigned to a vendor on the Vendor Discounts form AP205000. 

Hi,Nice to meet you all. Long time reader first time poster.In 2022R1, I am trying to publish a customisation that includes an extension to the SOOrderEntry graph. I am having problems though because an existing customisation that also includes an extension to the same graph is already published. The first time I tried this, the whole application crashed because my extension was the only one published, and the other customisation had other code that tried to obtain a reference to its extension using CreateInstance<SOOrderEntry>.GetExtension<”extension name”>().I tried to replicate this error in a local instance also running 2022R1, but it didn’t happen, and browsing my filesystem provides a clue as to why. In the <Appfolder>\App_Code\Caches folder, my extension is contained in a file named ‘SOOrderEntry.cs’. The other extension is contained in a file named ‘<Package name>.SOOrderEntry.cs’, where <Package name> is the name of the .NET package it exists in.

I am having the following issue:I have a item that is manufactured with a BOM in one Warehouse, but purchased in another.  At the item Warehouse Details for the item, in the Warehouse where we purchase the item, I have the replenishment set to Purchase, no BOM attached in Manufacturing tab, and override stand cost checked.  I go in and update pending based on that Warehouse and everything works as expected. But then, when I go and update my BOM for that item, and process Cost Roll and Update Pending, the Warehouse Item Detail cost if overridden.  This causes us to have to remember to go back and reupdate the cost at the Purchase Warehouse. Am I doing something incorrect, or just misunderstanding how the process should be working?

Scenario:  I am working on a Invoice Report, and need to make some changes to how the report calculates discounts.  While in report designer, when I click on Preview, the verison of the report is one that doesn’t reflect what I am trying to work on.  Meaning the Invoice in quesiton does not have any discounts to update, so I cannot see if my changes are working as expected.  I have just been saving to the server, and checking there.  But is there a way to tell Report Designer what data I want it to pull?

We have a test environment that we regularly copy data into from our live company. However, each time we do copy this data, it pulls over the bank feed connections and then creates a System Constraint error for exceeding the number of bank feeds allowed by our license. Ideally, we could just delete these bank feeds in the test environment but when I attempt to do that, I get the following error: The bank feed service (path: 0/plaid/item/remove) returned the following server error: BadRequest ​​I have gone as far as deleting the feeds in the live database before copying it to the test environment, but the issue that this causes is reconnecting them in the live database- transactions start to get duplicated and it becomes a hassle when matching/processing bank transactions.  Has anyone run into this issue and have a solution?

Hello,I have a SO with 22 lines that all ship at different times.  I have shipped Line 1, but once I did that Acumatica ‘Completed’ the SO.  My intent was to leave the SO open until all items have shipped.  My questions are:Why did it close the SO without shipping complete? Can I reopen this SO so I can get the ‘Create Shipment’ prompt again?Thanks!

We get this Error when opening up Customization Projects that have been upgraded to 24R1.They published without Error, it’s really just when Opening them. Any idea as to what is going on?

Does anyone else’s add-in just spin unless you close Outlook and reopen?  Not using a web browser, using the outlook app.Then you can use it once and have to close and reopen it every time you want to add something to Acumatica? At first I was  told I have to have the Display settings in Outlook set to Optimize for compatibility but it was already set to that so I changed to Optimize for best appearance (application restart required) and it would work for one use. Switched back and of course had to restart and it worked for one use again.  I now just close and reopen without changing the settings and can use it for one use.  Getting tired of closing and reopening Outlook in order to get things attached in Acumatica.

Hi There,Does anyone know if there is a setting that just trigger the system to apply the taxes on partially shipped items?  We have orders on AR accounts, and there are scenarios where we only partially ship the items and the rest will be back order, but sometimes customers will cancel the back-order items.  However, the system will apply the taxes amount for the whole order when invoicing.  Hopefully, there is a way to set so that the invoice only includes tax amount for those shipped items.  We are using 2023 R2 version.  Thanks...
