How do we add other employee email addresses in place of the Sales email in the From section of our email templates?

You can set the default From value on the Email Templates screen, individually for each Email Template.

You can only use emails defined on the System Email Accounts screen though. If you want a dynamic approach, you will need a customization.

@jsudak hi! 

i believe the from email is a default from the email preferences however, I also think the from only populates emails that are set up in the system under email accounts.

the user can manually override the from box with their email.

 

do you have this email notification on a business event?
