The procedure
is from 4 years ago, and the screens for System Emails in Acumatica 2025R1 have changed, and is getting difficult to show this to clients, is there any new procedures or videos beside the help section below?

The help article To Create a System Email Account for Office 365 with OAuth 2.0 is the resource we have as of now.
There are new procedures such as external application set up and Entra side which is the step 03 of the above article.
If you follow the steps and sign in to the account which is specified as the email address things would work as expected.

Does the new OAuth setup method eliminate the need for each 365 mailbox to have SMTP Auth enabled? I’m frequently encountering reluctance to disable 365’s security defaults to allow for that feature to be enabled.
I agree that everytime a system email account is set up there seems to be adjustments that need to be made to the email account. It would be extremely helpful to provide more details on the setup required tor the email account prior to setting up the system email in Acumatica. We consistently encounter the 535-5.7.3 Authenticaion unsuccessful error which talks about disabling MFA on the account, disabling Azure Secuirty Defaults and confirming SMTP Authentication is turned on.
