Has anyone implemented a process in Acumatica to track machine changeover time between SKUs?
Currently, we only log labor hours against Production Orders and do not track machine setup or changeover time separately. As a result, it becomes difficult to reconcile machine runtime and downtime hours against employee labor hours and understand overall equipment utilization.
I'm interested in learning how others have approached this. Specifically:
- Do you track changeover time separately from production labor?
- Are machine downtime and setup hours recorded in Acumatica?
- What processes or customizations have you implemented to capture and report on this data?
Any recommendations or examples would be appreciated.
